una dia yo quiero ir a Brazil para Carnaval....gracias senor Sol L.
Why do people think they can add some weird ass music to their videos that does not represent the actual sound of the carnival in order to make it, What? More authentic? Really? That crappy background drumming music taken from who knows where is going to make this more authentic? Yes, very authentically crappy.
+Huevonious Maximus Sorry HM, I'm always very careful in the background music selection. In this case, however, I failed to please. Thanks for commenting and watching and I will use better judgement in the future. Peace

I think you need to be a little more keen to the culture. The Dominican Republic may be in the Caribbean, but is not about calypso music like those in other islands like bahamas or jamaica. D.R. was a Spanish colony, so was Cuba, Puerto Rico, their culture and music is similar. But Haiti was a French Colony and their culture and music are different and they are in the same island just across the border from D.R. I think you will do better next time. I can tell you want to do a good job. Thanks for sharing your vid. Thanks for your kind response. Usually people get very upset when given feedback.
Sorry for the harsh words. I was humbled by your response.
+Huevonious Maximus Feedback is good HM - positive or negative. Constructive criticism is to be used for improvement. You are absolutely right about the music and culture of DR. I was focused on the music enhancing the movement/atmosphere of the video. Digging deeper, a more appropriate Latin tune could have provided a similar feel and captured more of the cultural aspect. Thanks again.
