Continuing with the second part of the KANDI TOWERS condo tour, we head up to the SUNSET ROOFTOP BAR on Towers 1 & 2. The first thing to notice is the well-finished rooftop with the cozy bar complete and very elegantly styled with plants and comfortable seating. From here, I give you a PANORAMIC VIEW of Angeles City highlighting the ZAMBALES MOUNTAINS (WITH MOUNT PINATUBO) to the west and MOUNT ARAYAT to the east (both PINATUBO and ARAYAT are volcanoes). Also visible are: the KANDI PALACE (the newest Kandi building) and the WHITE TOWER (another Kandi property under construction). Bird's eye views of the POOL AT GROSVENOR SQUARE are also highlighted. Next we head to the second gym in the Kandi Complex - the ROOFTOP GYM ON TOWERS 1 & 2 - a bigger and more well-equipped gym than the second floor gym at Grosvenor Square with breathtaking 360 degree views of Angeles City (again, Kandi residents have free access/use of both gyms). Upon leaving Towers 1 & 2, we give you a glimpse of the POOL AT CHATSWORTH SUITES before continuing to THE BISTRO AND BAR OF TOWER 3 and say 'hello' to the reservations receptionist, Shania, before stepping back and re-visiting the Kandi Complex layout. So much to show, so much to offer!

Hi Gary. Looks like some decent developments going up there. Almost makes me think I should give AC another shot.
What is the location of those buildings? Is getting around easy?

Thanks Mango!...pleasantly surprised by AC and PI in general...the main 5 buildings of the Kandi Campus I've highlighted in the video are 15 min stroll to Walking Street (NE of Kandi)....fairly centrally located....The main area of bars and shopping is small and easily walkable IMHO from Kandi Campus. I didn't need to rent a scooter. If you don't want to walk, a trike is 50-100 fil pesos typically to most locations....any other questions just fire away....

How much are the cost of the studios long term

Thanks for your question UD6!... Rental rates at Kandi tend to run between $700 - $1,400, but the price is based on many factors, and only one of which is length of stay. Best to default this question to Kandi Realty which can be reached through email: [e-mail] or you can look for owners renting their own apartments on Airbnb for example and you might even find better monthly rates....cheers and thanks for your question and view....

I can tell you first hand stay away from Airbnb no cancellation and money up front. You are basically locked in

Thanks for your feedback BT7!....sorry you had such a bad experience there...perhaps it was simply a fallout of that particular Airbnb as I'm sure that can vary from unit to unit....I rented direct from Kandi and my experience was quite adequate, but all it takes is one bad experience to ruin any future prospects.....appreciate your comment and view.😁...

When was this video made?
You know, I was there November 2022 for the 5th time and there was absolutely NO cable in Kandi. All the tvs only showed RUclips stuff. Now, it looks like cable is working. I can’t wait to come back!

Thanks MO6!...😀It's a fresh vid from March/April 2024....have to admit though, never turned on the television so cannot verify if cable was functioning properly or not....can comment that the Wifi worked well, although I prefer individual routers in rooms rather than multiple people being able to access a group router in a given area of the building...upload/download speeds can bog down on busier times....very pleased and surprised overall by Kandi facilities and service....
