Street Food Series (Part 4) FRESH FISH for DAILY LUNCH SALAD, Pattaya, Thailand

Visiting another one of my favorite street vendors, Sue, at her food cart on the corner of Soi Myth Night and Soi Buakhao (Pattaya, Thailand). Sue has a nice selection of Thai food from fish, to curries, to packaged soups most of which are only 30 baht (0.95 USD). I purchase a large grilled fish for 60 baht (1.90 USD) which will serve as a protein additive for my salad and I will have enough meat from this fish to last for 2 lunches. I will show you how much easier it is to de-bone a larger fish (leaving the bones with the vertebrae) so as to minimize bones getting mixed in with the meat (as can be the case when de-boning the smaller-sized fish that street vendors often sell). Then I will show the full preparation of the three salad layers using all Thai-sourced veggies from the KALAM MARKET which I highlighted in a video previously (vid card link at the 2.:55 mark). The total cost of my daily salad is roughly 60 baht (1.70 USD). Such a good deal AND so good for you!

Thanks TC7!...EXACTLY!...always said 'hi' to me and saved that fish the whole morning for me.🙂...promised her I would put her on the YT channel...as with the others from my street food series, my way of showing support for the hard-working local Thais running these food stalls...give them some exposure, maybe help drive some business there.... appreciate the comment and view....
