Fairly simple. The remote/door functions did not all get program, tried with 2 different keys. I no longer have double-click rear hatch open! Critical to me. Injuries etc, made that feature a blessing.

I have an after market key that is programmed to the car. Can I use that as the “master key” or does it have to be the specific master key provided by Toyota? 2006 Toyota Sequoia sr5
Hi Michael. As long as the security light turns off immediately after inserting the key, that's okay.. I have a 2010 Sequoia Limited. Programming a fob (off Amazon) seems downright impossible as I've tried the ridiculous key in/out of ignition, open/close door/lock unlock BS. I even have the D7 tool that does not work as well. I'm fed up and may just drop $300 at the dealer for an OEM remote & programming. Can this programmer and keyfob work for me? Is it guaranteed to work?
