These are all really helpful tips, I love the hdc between the puffs. I'll keep it in mind next time I use the stitch. Thank you!

I’m using this yarn for amigurumi. The “fluff” helps fill in the holes so I don’t have to crochet as tightly. I use a 4.5mm hook.

This video is super helpful, Summer. Thanks so much for taking the time to make all those various stitches in your swatch. Think I'll do a throw in the puff stitch for my Granddaughter!

I like your puff stitch. Very nice. I usually have trouble with that stitch. Your stitches are pronounced and look super puffy. Thank you, Summer!

I’m using that exact same yarn to make granny square blanket. I made a Ferris wheel GS with the variegated in the middle and the other colors for the square part and a border of the variegated. I really loved the way they are coming out. Thank you for the swatch examples - I love the idea of making a pillow with the puffs.

Thank you for showing us the different stitches in this type of yarn, I have some which I got in an afghan kit, love the pattern but I have a hard time with such big bulky yarn, I have arthritis in my hands and had surgery on both hands do it's harder for me to crochet with this type of yarn, wish I could but have a hard time. There are so many blankets I could make with this yarn, oh well. Again thank you for sharing your time with these stitches. Your awesome ❤️❤️❤️

Thanks for the video. I really enjoy watching your video’s. Those are bobble stitches and they look great with that yarn. I have heard The single double and single called the crumpled griddle stitch and pebble stitch. I think it goes by many names. 😊

Thank you for doing that. I like the way that "swatch" turned out. A blanket actually done like that in a full blanket would look great. Saw that yarn the other day and it felt pretty soft. I saved the video as I might just do a blanket worked up like that.

I just bought some of this yarn along with the regular forever fleece. I like the puff one the most, it looks super cute. The “thermal” one looks nice too and so does the cross-stitch but the puff is my favorite one. Thanks for sharing this! I’m looking forward to making some blankets with this yarn. Much love 💗

I used Glenda's (Creative Grandma) Winter In The Woods blanket pattern and it turned out lovely in Bernat Forever Fleece Finer. I just made a small modification to make my grooves diagonal instead lined up and down. Lovely pattern and yarn!! Thanks for experimenting!! 💖💖🧶🧶

I think a seed stitch is dc alternating with sc. Could be also moss stitch or granite stitch.

Thanks for sharing. The swatches are lovely, I just have a really hard time working with that yarn. As much as I want to for stuffies and such.
I keep saying I should try again. I think it's a sensory thing.
Have a good day. Stay safe, stay healthy.

I prefer the popcorn stitch better than the puff stitch. I have a blanket I have been making since late 70's and I call it my talking afghan. As it has hearts made from popcorn stitch and it says "NOW I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP". With the hearts all the way around it. I just think the popcorn stitch goes faster.

First of all, thank you for sharing the stitches that work well with this incredibly soft yarn. Secondly, I have a question, when done with one skein doing the sc, dc then changing to your puff stitch on another skein right after the first skein of sc, dc work well for an afghan/sm lap blanket? Appreciate your time in answering my question.

Also called Seed Stitch. The stitch really is pretty, gives you the same texture on the front and back. Doris @ Rose Cottage Studio taught this stitch in the 2nd tutorial of her 5 stitch tutorials for wash/dishcloth series.

Is your quoted Thermal Stitch, perhaps, the Pebble Stitch? I don't think I've ever slowed down to watch the video but I've seen it named and by the texture it seems very evident that very well could be the name....
