This is so well done. Thank you! I started watching in 1982 so I had no idea that Tracy and Monica went back to 1978. I loved watching these scenes. It's so hard losing the veteran actors who feel almost like family by now.
This is so cool, I started watching in '77!!!! I remember when they darken Jane Elliott's hair so she wouldn't be blond like Leslie!!!!! They were awesome playing off each other!!!!❤❤❤❤

That was a beautiful video. Thank you Sonja for creating it. It was absolutely delightful and brought a tear to my eyes. Although I have been a soap viewer for over 4 decades, have only been watching GH for 10 years. Watching the two of them spar and then comfort each other over the decades shows the love between the sisters-in-law and the love between the two actresses. I have an even deeper appreciation for Leslie Charleson and Jane Elliott now than I did before seeing this...and it was already a high level of appreciation. Some viewers have recently complained that the writers weren't doing right by her character to have Monica being the one pushing for Michael's children to remain on the Q estate. Now that I saw the scene of Monica blaming herself for not fighting to raise Michael so she could protect him and the scene of Monica and Tracy toasting to AJ and Jason's children living on through them, I think the writing is spot on to have her be the one to want to protect Michael's children. I now have NO doubt in my mind that when Monica passes away on screen, she will leave the house to Tracy in her will. When she bid farewell to Tracy in 2017, and said, "Don't worry, I'll leave our house exactly as you left it"...that sealed the deal for me. To do anything else would be an insult to the characters. The love they have for each other greatly surpassed any animosity.

I love how they have melod Tracy since she came back to GH. I've watched GH from the first day with two of my aunts. I was hooked.

Scary that I actually recall the very first scene. Where have the years gone. The Quartermains were a great addition to the show and the casting was EXCELLENT!!! They ALL had great chemistry. Loved to Allan lose his temper & my fav scene will always be when Alan learned of the Monica/ Rick affair and literally plotted 2 drop a house the them. LOVED the original Edward Q & my fav scene will ALWAYS be when Tracy withheld his heart meds & the viewer (and Trac) believing him dead untill he touched Tracy's shoulder, almost giving her a heart attack!!!!
I didn’t start watch GH until I think the 80ty’s with Heather and Steven Lars, L & L wedding Luke as mayor, dead Laura comes back from the dead. 5 or 6 yr old Robin. When Gene Simmons from kiss wife was Luke’s GF before she Married Gene, Rick Springfield was on, John Stamos, Demi Moore, Ricky Martin… long time. Still watching 😊

I remember running home from school to watch 3:15-4pm. Monica was married to Rick Weber and had an affair with his brother Jeff 😂 I was in the 4th or 5th grade.
