I own the same version of the Model 3 Long Range in regional NSW, Australia, Shanghai built and delivered October 2023. It is the best car I’ve ever driven and owned. Range anxiety is more of an issue in Australia, but the increasing numbers of superchargers and non Tesla fast chargers makes regional distance driving very possible. We drove 1,550km return into South Australia, charge off solar at home and charged off solar at destination. 1 charging stop en-route used either way, total cost of travel was $AU61.
I’d love to be able to get a decent solar package over here. I can understand the range anxiety in Australia. I once got the bus from Sydney to Melbourne with a stopover in gundagai !
@@TyreandThrottle Gundagai is en-route to where I live in Albury on the NSW side of the Victorian border. Numbers of EV’s rising here, so range anxiety is disappearing.

Can you see through the glass roof? Is it safety glass?
Yes it’s tinted but you can still see through it.
