Stand-up workouts are solid. Always feel very athletic, but still great and not very hard on the body. Awesome exercise list and flow per usual. Felt you on how it can get monotonous and the importance of mixing it up. That purpose (and why) becomes so important. If moving can be a daily devotional as opposed to a "duty" the rest will fall into place. Having your help also is a blessing. Great start to Christmas week. Thanks, Trace👍🏽

Loved this workout so much, Tracy! It's great to incorporate light weights into a cardio workout, makes it fun and adds a bit more muscle challenge. I especially liked the standing abs moves; these are the only kind of abs strengthening exercises I can do now, since my back injury last year. Great, and very effective. Who needs crunches?!
Still taking it easy on my knee and this was perfect. Low impact but definitely not low intensity burned 357 active calories and 431 total! As always thank you for the great workouts!

Amazing workout Tracy! Thanks so much for uploading it :) I found it the hardest from your standing abs workouts so far. Holding onto light weights for 45 min combined with repeating each circuit 3 times has definitely burnt those muscles! It was a great sweaty full body workout with lots of core rotation, soooo good for the waist :)
As usual, I love how your low-impact workouts are never low-intensity! I added ankle weights, which definitely pumped up the volume of the knee raises and kicks. Phew!!

I’m just getting back after a few days off because we had a family of 6 and 2 large dogs staying with us for a wedding. I will say I notice other folks on the dance floor huffing and puffing while I didn’t break a sweat. Perhaps because I’m trying to Move Daily and not just on special occasions?
