    How about mechanical engineering do they ask about any previous experience if not then what they do care the most about.

      Previous experience outside of Canada doesn't really matter from what I saw.

    hi, I have experience in software engineering and web development and no luck so far (I am a student), if you point me in the right direction that would be great

      Sorry to hear you can't find a suitable job yet. It's challenging indeed. Your best bet is to look for remote work in US or Canada. Also, target SAAS sales positions. Lots of requirements. Good luck

      Anything to do with IT or software is highly in demand and you should be able to get a job wth sponsored work permit easily.
