Hi Melanie. This looks good. Just a bit wet though. Personally I would brown the pork and onion and use half the amount of water or apple cider/juice, making up the difference with the sauerkraut juice.
You tipped all that flavour and goodness down the sink 😕.
Reserve any leftover cooking liquid and thicken to make a sauce.
Sorry for crashing your party, but the method was a little rushed!
