    Back pain can be a pain in the... back (?) and can be especially bad for people with Parkinson's disease.
    I am no stranger to back pain. Improving the balance and strength of the muscles supporting your spine and hips - your core - makes a huge difference. Strong core muscles support your skeleton and help carry the load. Good habits help too.
    This video is more of a lesson than a workout so that you can add these exercises into your workouts and these philosophies into your daily life. It will help tremendously!
    Grab some dumbbells, a chair, a stick and maybe a resistance band and let's do this.
    HOWEVER, if you have a back injury or diagnosed problem (slipped disc, hernia, etc.) be very careful with these exercises and picking up any weight!
