Let me share my story. I usually played football and tennis when I was youger, then I discovered Calisthenics from Ian's Tiktok account and started in June 2022, now January 2024, it's been 1.5 years. From 53Kg to 67Kg.I am 1,75m and just eat mom's food, no supplements, no creatine, no any type of steroids/drugs. I started training legs 3 months ago as I had chicken legs. Nowadays I do 30Kg weighted pull ups and dips, as I am following Ian's training methods, and I I am in process to achieve a full front lever. I am so satisfied with my progress in such a short period of time (I'm the strongest guy in my school hehe)

I for some reason can't seem to progress after being able to do 25 kg wighted pull ups and over 20+ free weight. I suck at handstands.. i cannot control my body. Been working on that for a while. But one things for sure. Watching ian has made me realise i love calisthenics as well. Its impressive, fun and requires dedication. None of the other sports i played before gave me that thrill.

How do you grip on the bar so tight without hurting your fingers? Everytime i try to hang on the bar, it hurts my fingers or form calluses. Before i try to make my arms sore by training them, my fingers hurt and ruin the entire workout. Any tips, methods or techniques?
get used to dead hanging for long period just finger grip. After that, hold as long as possible with a semi-false grip. All of them at least 1 min and 30 sec to 2 minutes hang. After that, if you do pullups, weighted pullups, always get chalk in workouts bro (or liquid chalk) to get semi-false grip. And just pull hard
Form to focus for the moment is just semi-false grip and pull hard all the way up and down. Consistent form is good. And most importantly, gain alot knowledge mostly from one person your knowledge most relate, to improve constantly.
Ngl, at the end of his transformation, he is with high probability a fake natty. That progress in 3,5 years is very suspicious. That kind of progress is for genetic freaks, so like 0,01% of people or thanks to anabolics.
