    I had the pleasure to sit next to Ian and his brother on a flight today. I had no idea who he was, or what he did, but from the conversation alone I could see that this guy spells success. Their manner, friendliness, humility and warmth, their way of expressing themselves, and their positivity and energy-levels were just so refreshing. It was only near the end of the flight that Ian told me what he did, and I was blown away. So, on reaching home, I found him on RUclips, and here I am posting a comment. Ian - bro, you are destined for incredible things in your life. Nothing and no-one can stop the tornado of motivation that you have.

    Let me share my story. I usually played football and tennis when I was youger, then I discovered Calisthenics from Ian's Tiktok account and started in June 2022, now January 2024, it's been 1.5 years. From 53Kg to 67Kg.I am 1,75m and just eat mom's food, no supplements, no creatine, no any type of steroids/drugs. I started training legs 3 months ago as I had chicken legs. Nowadays I do 30Kg weighted pull ups and dips, as I am following Ian's training methods, and I I am in process to achieve a full front lever. I am so satisfied with my progress in such a short period of time (I'm the strongest guy in my school hehe)

    Me raising my eyebrows in awe throughout the length of the video😮 It is incredible how much he has achieved mashallah. I for some reason can't seem to progress after being able to do 25 kg wighted pull ups and over 20+ free weight. I suck at handstands.. i cannot control my body. Been working on that for a while. But one things for sure. Watching ian has made me realise i love calisthenics as well. Its impressive, fun and requires dedication. None of the other sports i played before gave me that thrill.

    Add "not natural" to the title. This is the kind of content that will 100% give body dismorphia to young impressionable teenagers. It's simply disingenuous to not specify that this type of transformation is simply impossible without the help of performance enhancing drugs (on top of great work ethic and genetics, obviously)
    Or you're lying about the timeframe, because that's the most 30 year old 18 year old I have ever seen lmao

    How do you grip on the bar so tight without hurting your fingers? Everytime i try to hang on the bar, it hurts my fingers or form calluses. Before i try to make my arms sore by training them, my fingers hurt and ruin the entire workout. Any tips, methods or techniques?

    • @gernil6216
      @gernil6216 4 месяца назад +1

      get used to dead hanging for long period just finger grip. After that, hold as long as possible with a semi-false grip. All of them at least 1 min and 30 sec to 2 minutes hang. After that, if you do pullups, weighted pullups, always get chalk in workouts bro (or liquid chalk) to get semi-false grip. And just pull hard

    • @gernil6216
      @gernil6216 4 месяца назад +1

      Form to focus for the moment is just semi-false grip and pull hard all the way up and down. Consistent form is good. And most importantly, gain alot knowledge mostly from one person your knowledge most relate, to improve constantly.

      Ngl, at the end of his transformation, he is with high probability a fake natty. That progress in 3,5 years is very suspicious. That kind of progress is for genetic freaks, so like 0,01% of people or thanks to anabolics.
