Fury road is one of my fav movies but I think Nux was more of a pragmatist, he only changed sides once he looked like a doofus in front of Immortan Joe and a hot girl was nice to him
I don't think it was about pragmatism. That poor kid had never really been treated with any kind of kindness or warmth. He was taught to live and die in the name an abusive , evil cult leader. I love the mad max video game we got from avalanche, and its so cool after seeing furiosa, how much it really did fit into the canon of story the recent films have told. But I really hope if we get another game that it goes back and retells the beginning. A reworked version of the beginning with a bigger budget and getting to play through it, the world slowly getting more hostile and less civilized, starting on a motorbike and ending with his iconic car.
I really like furiosa I’ve seen it three times now and it actually made me want to go back and watch the rest of the movies. It’s not perfect but I enjoy a lot about it
I remember not liking Thunderdome as much when I first saw it but over the years i actually have come around to liking it. I keep telling people Australia is doing wonderful things in film making. Even outside of George Miller. The Australian film industry contribution, both independent and mainstream, is just not given enough credit. In all genres they have made some incredible films. I can't recommend enough for people to check out Australian movies
....& Miller Helped Post That Flag. Australia Has Been Really Steady & Solid To World Cinema Since.
We Could Add Paul Hogan, Yahoo Serious & Many Others...
It's like poetry sort of, they rhyme
If only they didn't politicize tbe marketing campaign for Furiosa and didn't put Mad Max in the title , I think it would have done better. And they should not have Sidelined Pretorian Jack's origin so much. But it was already so complex it would have been a bit too much i guess. I really think Hemsworth did fantastic in it. He has some incredible lines and delivery.
Totally, it's a really good movie, and it's not pandering or stupid... they shouldn't have gotten political with the marketing.
If it came out right after Fury Road it would have made bank.
@@mikeyfjune Absolutely Agree. Only thing I would do is make it more clear that Max is not a part of the movie, if I could change one thing above all else.
The wastland looks like sa Francisco now
Dem shaders on the cop 😎
Can you make a timeline lore video if the lore and timeline is specifically that all of the movies are stories and not cohesive or true.
when does the game take place?
Between fury road and furiosa
Finish 28 Days Later comics?!
