That is usually an assembly, in the real world you will have the shell with maybe snap tabs or screws that hold them together and under it, there will be electronic components and buttons that will will actually work, etc. This is just a mockup of a design.

Well, for the chip I'd use Eagle but everything else (plastic features, ribs, etc you can use Fusion 360).
