I like OD/Dist pedals with two channels, gives you two different types of sounds, double the fun. 😁 And wow, what a wide range of tones this one covers. I also like how you opened the pedal and worked on the sound from there, more of that where possible please. 🤘
I don't know if this is the compression in the youtube's sound but the blue channel tonestack seems to have more range for each band treble/mid/bass... Maybe I'm wrong, I will see it by myself when I will receive it in a few days!!☺️
The mid knob literally did nothing when you turned it down lol big problem for a metal head like me. I was wondering why there was so much mid when i turned it down and this video was such a lucky find. Thanks
I would love to see the BE-OD in combination with a Boss HM-2 and in the Loop of the Klirrton Grindstein. How about doing that in a new episode of Stacked?
Great review as always, hey i got a quick question for you, have you tried any fuzz in front of the eight ball eq ? 90% percent sure its going to sound like a vhs being waterboarded but a part of me want to hear a big muff of a fz 2 through that thing.
I just sold mine because of this muddy bass... tried everything to make sound tight and crispy but wasnt possible. i ended up getting a mooer 005 and a nux plexi crunch... they sound way better for my taste than this friedman.

Cool stuff, glad that you wound up using the new intro edit.
Sure, it's just so much better, dude!

Cool idea, but unfortunately I have sold the BE-OD
Yes, actually. My Axe-FX's Fredman simulations were so close to this pedal I couldn't justify keeping it!
What's the name of the program you used to determine the frequency ranges of the EQ?
Voxengo Span!
Any diff between clockworks version with this
thanks for the video! so why did you sell it? and what you got instead?
frankly because the BE-OD simulation of my Axe FX 3 sounded very very close. I bought no direct replacement 😉
Keep saying it your way.

Nope, have to get a fuzz on the first place before trying 😅
I tilted my head slightly without knowing until I saw the sign... #mildlyconfusing. Perfect for this pedal, #mildly_changing_your_sound.
what voltage did you sue 9v or 18v?
9V
Both channels should be usable at the same time.why wouldn't they build it correctly and let both gains congeal.
