It’s really hard for me trying to help my husband when he gets depressed, because despite going through some of the worst and getting myself through it, the coping mechanisms I’ve developed just don’t work for him the way they did for me, and all I want to do is help him and make him feel like the wonderful man he is
So nice of you, that you support him. Im depressed because im alone. I try to feel better by remembering that i have anything else (Flat, heat, clothes, Food ect.), while billions of people are in prison ect.. So i should be thankfull for what i have and dont waiste it with sadness. idk if my method is right.

I won’t lie. I thought about driving off the road coming back during a thunderstorm on a freeway headed home. I know for some it may sound trivial that I’m feeling down for failing a securities exam and should just get back to studying, but I really banked alot on passing. I thought I knew the answers, I thought I would pass and be so proud to achieve a dream of mine. That was one of the worst drives in my entire life.
She’s gonna leave me and I truly loved her man and I don’t know what to do anymore literally no one checks on me I’m just slowly dying and I’m basically nonexistent so I’m honestly done so if you’re reading this I hope you keep going don’t give up like me and please I know it’s hard to talk to somebody but please do Goodbye (January 13th) 👍🏽
Don't give up, love is not the only thing in life, and if you don't know what to do, then do anything since everything is on the table, each day we live is one closer to death so live life to the fullest, most of us are invisible but we are still needed, and that goes for you to keep going.
The world tests you with hardships man, you just gotta keep pulling through. Prove the world wrong and that you can push on through, it’ll only get better from that point on. There’s so much in life to experience, so don’t end it man, it won’t be worth it. And It might not seem like it to you, but just know people DO care about you and ending yourself will not only end your life, but all the lives of people that loved you

Unlock that hidden potential and achieve what you were meant to achieve.
