I find these videos very comforting and they make me feel alive you know. As I grew older I realized that I didn't get as much love as I could have, everytime I think about this I feel numb. Can't even remember the last time I heard "I'm proud of you". Crazy how small things can have such a big impact on your well-being. on this Father's Day today... i have gone more without him, than with him. it's been almost 13 years and all i want is to hear his voice. The video of the father in hospital really got me, it reminded me of a similar conversation i had with my dad on late night drive. He told me that he loved me and that he will miss me, i was only 11 at the time.
Wow. Yeah I can relate. My dad passed away during a surgery. I remember when we went on a walk the night before and he told me he loved me. And to look after my mom if anything bad happen to him. I was 8. Im 17 now. Its crazy. Looking back on it. Hope you are doing well.

Self-improvement is not always one grand push through each obstacle. No, it’s often small, gradual changes with habits and decisions that are better than the last. You can beat your suicidal thoughts, you just need to keep pushing til you find that happiness. It’s the one struggle that I’ve had the biggest payout on ever after enduring it for 6+ years. I see life in colors now, and you can too. Sure, some of the dark, negative thoughts have never left me, but I’m okay with that. I’ve learned to channel them into my work ethic at the gym, and they’re never misdirected at anyone around. I’m content with that; learn to master yourself. Get out there. Do what you would truly like to do for once.

i watch this shit before the gym, makes my sub level thoughts rise to the surface and i can deal with them. i finish watching the video and take off reflecting on what fruits i have and how much i would want them if i didn’t have them. build yourself up, improve yourself, and continue. nobody will care, it’s not your intention to make others care. it’s about you. i need to realize this further and truly take my own words of advice. but i always see broken people in these comments venting. take this as your motivation to get up and keep moving with life. act like it’s you and only you. that way you are resilient for when you are hurt emotionally by some big things. i hope all who read this find their day’s to be pleasant.

I went through alot of stuff in my early childhood, but I never actually understood any of it, but when I eventually understood it, all the pent up rage and sadness built up from my early childhood, hit me then and there, like a brick. In almost less then a month, I went from a crybaby little kid, to someone who was so miserable they couldn't cry anymore. All the sudden misery just made my brain shut down, and now I can't express sadness anymore, atleast I barely can. A few days ago, was the first time I genuinely cried, not sobbed, or had a single tear fall, but actually full on cried, and it was when I was incredibly low, and was genuinely considering self harm. I was crying to my friend, about how much I hated my life. It's still very confusing, considering the fact that I only have one person to talk to about this stuff, that being my best friend, and I am still just a young teenager. I am the motivational one, I give my friends the perfect advice, and I always know how to make them happy, yet not any advice people give me, or I give myself, works. I sometimes feel like I'm too far gone, and that just hurts more, considering I still have so much life ahead of me. That's why I wish I just ceased to exist, too many people care for me, and if I harm myself I am scared they will harm themselves aswell, they are literally the only reason I am still breathing right now, and they don't even know it. That's why I wish I ceased to be, so no one would have to feel the pain of loosing me, as they would just forget.

My father died when I was 8. I don't know how. He was healthy and shined through skin cancer. I am thirteen now. I feel guilty not being happy, my family is pretty normal I have friends that care about me. But I can’t get rid of this lonely feeling, it feels like no one would understand. I hate myself for not being happy and enjoy the life my parents gave me and I hate that my parents have a miserable son when they did everything right. Day in and day out of going to school, work, and the gym with no one to live for is getting really tough. Truly, all I want is a companion, who we can share our lows and highs, all while having someone at the end of the day to come home to. Everyone goes through their unfortunate relationships, but it gets much darker when you're certain you've found your person- everything you've ever wanted- but she ends up being someone who was never even loyal to you to begin with. I'll spare the details, but it hurts wildly every day to see a stranger that I happen to I know everything about. At this point, I am not sure if I can love again. I feel absent, like I am just working, studying, and sleeping until I go out into the real world. Maybe something better for me waits over there.
My friend a few years ago died from covid and in that same year my dog had to be put down and that made me go into a depression state were i didn't feel like myself and all i remember is that the day of the gathering before the burial of my friend i went there all i remember was his mom crying and i started crying and then a few years after i had a suicidal thought to the point i had to tell my mom. I just feel a little better that im gonna get the help i need.

I’ve got my future pretty much all set up for me (money wise), have a loving and supportive family, and get great grades, but I just feel sad and empty. It’s like something is missing and I cry because I’m lonely, but because I’ve got it 1000x better than other people who I know. It just feels like why do I have ANY right to be sad or depressed. I don’t deserve what I have and yet I’m still depressed, when someone else can barely afford food and they still smile.

i watch this shit before the gym, makes my sub level thoughts rise to the surface and i can deal with them. i finish watching the video and take off reflecting on what fruits i have and how much i would want them if i didn’t have them. build yourself up, improve yourself, and continue. nobody will care, it’s not your intention to make others care. it’s about you. i need to realize this further and truly take my own words of advice. but i always see broken people in these comments venting. take this as your motivation to get up and keep moving with life. act like it’s you and only you. that way you are resilient for when you are hurt emotionally by some big things. i hope all who read this find their day’s to be pleasant.

I am so glad to have a brother even though we fight all the time and we annoy other I love him to the bottom of my heart I can just walk into his room and just spill it all he will listen and he will go and tell me things that he has never told anyone and nothing is greater than a brother because friends will sometimes just walk away and leave you but your brother is there sticking by your side no matter what remember that
I went through alot of stuff in my early childhood, but I never actually understood any of it, but when I eventually understood it, all the pent up rage and sadness built up from my early childhood, hit me then and there, like a brick. In almost less then a month, I went from a crybaby little kid, to someone who was so miserable they couldn't cry anymore. All the sudden misery just made my brain shut down, and now I can't express sadness anymore, atleast I barely can. A few days ago, was the first time I genuinely cried, not sobbed, or had a single tear fall, but actually full on cried, and it was when I was incredibly low, and was genuinely considering self harm. I was crying to my friend, about how much I hated my life. It's still very confusing, considering the fact that I only have one person to talk to about this stuff, that being my best friend, and I am still just a young teenager. I am the motivational one, I give my friends the perfect advice, and I always know how to make them happy, yet not any advice people give me, or I give myself, works. I sometimes feel like I'm too far gone, and that just hurts more, considering I still have so much life ahead of me. That's why I wish I just ceased to exist, too many people care for me, and if I harm myself I am scared they will harm themselves aswell, they are literally the only reason I am still breathing right now, and they don't even know it. That's why I wish I ceased to be, so no one would have to feel the pain of loosing me, as they would just forget.
I miss him sm, he was a brother; he was a father, he was a mentor, and it beats me all the time to think my uncle felt that it had to go the way it went, I miss him so fucking much and I’m so mad all the time the anger i felt that day it never left.

I feel guilty not being happy, my family is pretty normal I have friends that care about me. But I can’t get rid of this lonely feeling, it feels like no one would understand. I hate myself for not being happy and enjoy the life my parents gave me and I hate that my parents have a miserable son when they did everything right. I haven’t let out so many tears and pain in a long time. I want to live the fullest of my life but what am I supposed to live fully for. Day in and day out of going to school, work, and the gym with no one to live for is getting really tough. Truly, all I want is a companion, who we can share our lows and highs, all while having someone at the end of the day to come home to. Everyone goes through their unfortunate relationships, but it gets much darker when you're certain you've found your person- everything you've ever wanted- but she ends up being someone who was never even loyal to you to begin with. I'll spare the details, but it hurts wildly every day to see a stranger that I happen to I know everything about. At this point, I am not sure if I can love again. I feel absent, like I am just working, studying, and sleeping until I go out into the real world. Maybe something better for me waits over there.

My friend a few years ago died from covid and in that same year my dog had to be put down and that made me go into a depression state were i didn't feel like myself and all i remember is that the day of the gathering before the burial of my friend i went there all i remember was his mom crying and i started crying and then a few years after i had a suicidal thought to the point i had to tell my mom. I just feel a little better that im gonna get the help i need.

1:33 this is me to a T, and I’ve got diagnosed depression and take medication for it. I’ve got my future pretty much all set up for me (money wise), have a loving and supportive family, and get great grades, but I just feel sad and empty. It’s like something is missing and I cry because I’m lonely, but because I’ve got it 1000x better than other people who I know. It just feels like why do I have ANY right to be sad or depressed. I don’t deserve what I have and yet I’m still depressed, when someone else can barely afford food and they still smile.

Great video, made my eyes watery, please speak up i know it can be hard to open up about your feelings with someone, but try to, it doesn't have to be directly in conversation, you can express yourself through drawing, writing, music, meditation, praying etc. at such a low point in my life i felt like i had nobody to talk to so i began writing music and recording myself, it made me feel free from everything i was holding inside and thank to that discovered my passion in music and implement it to all my tasks every day
