The "be happy now" bit is so real. I realized it too at some point. Appreciating the present for what it is is key to being fulfilled, even if it's only for a moment. For me what brings happiness currently is fitness, and doing what I love. I'm still on my way to truly feeling fulfilled, but being able to have that time of day where I'm completely in the present has gotten me closer to it. It's all about progress, and treating yourself right :)

This video is really well done. I used to think xqc was a childish and immature streamer, never really cared to watch him. Now that some real shit started happening in his life its made him grow up and realize the world isnt such a happy perfect place as it seems.
