I've been following this channel for a while since I also have a gte mk7.5 and I was wondering if you've ever gotten a low coolant water level warning? I have taken it to the official workshop and they do not have the error recorded. I also don't know if it's from the normal coolant or the electrical system. Do you have any idea what the error could be?
Hi there, thanks, didn’t get a notification of your reply, sorry.. No not sure what it could be, but first thing would be to find out which system it is. The left hand side smaller tank is the HV battery coolant and the right hand side larger tank is for the engine coolant. Engine coolant can dissipate through the course of time, because of the constant cycles of warming up, cooling down and thus blowing off some overpressure (and tiny drops of coolant) through the vent cap. That’s normal operation, but shouldn’t become too serious though, or else i’d replace the cap (you should have no leaks though!) The battery however shouldn’t consume anything and my previous gte did not lose 1 drop of coolant in 4 years. If that’s the case, i would suspect a leak in one of the hoses, so i’d check there! Must have.. Will they fit all vw rims?
From what i’ve read they will fit every 5x112 57.1mm vw wheel.
But there is plenty to find on forums if you’re uncertain!

They're about €125 from the dealer.
I bought them used, but new in box for €60!
