I went on this today and holy shit. Im honored to say that this was the first ever roller coaster I’ve ridden. I was so damn terrified i felt like i was gonna pass out in line that i didn’t even hear the music. Luckily i ended up enjoying the ride. though the drop had me dead yo. Once riding Nitro every other ride is unbelievably easy. 11/10 recommend this ride

@@jaydenchrist6152 If Six Flags makes a Mortal Combat ride, I don't think it's going to be expensive as something like Hagrid's. Anyways, there is like a HUGE gap in Universal and Six Flags in theming quality.
It's pretty solid for what it is. If you've been on any other B&M you know what to expect. Some floater, some ejector, smooth ride. Just make sure the ride ops don't staple you.

Mortal kombat is still there. The deadmau song is like 15min long. Mortal Kombat and deadmau take turns playing, youll get Mortal kombat 4 times an hour.

My brother brought up a good point as to why they got rid of the music, it was likely due to copyright issues with the new Mortal Kombat movie coming out. Still sad though, this music was iconic and one of my favorite parts of Nitro.
I'm guessing it's because of the upcoming Mortal Kombat movie (2021), which is going to have the 1995 theme that inspired the Nitro theme, and that WB could send a cease & desist to Six Flags Great Adventure for use of the theme, even though Six Flags has a long time partnership with WB
