Hello mam. My age is 21, I hear cracking sound from my bones since last one month, I feel that my ligaments are becoming weak. In early age I've done so much work like food delivery with cycle, I used to go to college by walk which is 5 km away from house, means total 10 km daily for 2 years, but now it is reduced to almost zero. I just don't know what to do, I visited doctor, they said it's normal. But I feel it's not. What to do? Please give suggestions, is there any one who can guide me here. In case of occurrence, take 1 or 2 tablets of Cetcip medication immediately, along with this, take giloy vati as a ayurvedic remedy. I've also battled with urticaria last year. But occurence have reduced significantly since using these medications...along with these, be cautious of what you eat. Avoid sour foods mostly. Hope this helps ❤

Soft drinks, excessive caffeine, salt, sugar, alcohol don't take .
Always take belance diet including vitamin E , magnesium , dairy products, leafy greens , nuts , seeds , whole grains
+ Sunlight with some exercise.
