Very good interview, and very informative. Thanks to you both. Please I would like to know the C of O status of Tiwan tiwa 1. I was told the C of O isn't out yet. Have they applied for it already? Because the Tiwan tiwa 2 already has a C of O...Thanks again!
Yes documentation of land is easier in Ibadan compare to Lagos. Land is also cheaper. But why most of the developers heading to Moniya Ibadan, that place might not see any development in the next 10-15yrs. Moniya to Iseyin road is littered with empty estates. Developers should look into other areas in Ibadan that have better prospect of developing faster.
But come to think of it,if the people didn't take time to invest in moniya how will it develop ?? If the 10 to 15 years you predicted if no one has focus to develop the so called maniya.sir nothing would change a drop of water become an ocean 🌊 🌊
I love your transparency on your real estate experience in lagos state. Ibadan has surely is bought my sentiment. How can we work together? Send me your contact. I live in Canada
Everything the guy has said from minutes 1 to 5 show that this was his mistakes. He mentioned about the condition of the land. You didn't do proper due diligence because you are cutting costs and corners. Yes, all those things are expensive, if you don't have the money or backing of investors, you are in the wrong field. And must I ask, how he lost the land? Didn't make much sense to me.
Don't mind d him is too biased and lacking what real-estate is about. Hr opinion are wasp and lacking in merit. Anyone who listens to his advice is bound to fail.
Still not making any sense To compete with Lagos, means Ibadan firstly, you need to have proper drainage, sewage, water, electricity. When Ibadan has done all of these, then what you are saying would make sense. Until then, you are merely looking out for yourself, your pocket. Stop this nonsense. I tell you, it's the same nonsense they are starting in Ibadan, making quick cash because land is cheap, doesn't mean the process of securing land is easy and quick, when Lagos has the best such system in the country. It will catch up to you, just like in Lagos. Ibadan doesn't have a better land settlement system like Lagos. I smell the rat. Ibadan would nowhere come closer to Lagos, but in the future will start experiencing same things as Lagos, where they will be taking developers and owners land, those that didn't get it the proper way, didn't register it, build on public access ways. This is Nigeria and it's the truth.
Better then to go and in invest back in your five plots where you are literally killing and eating yourselves into hell. Nobody asked you to come and invest in Lagos, so why you left your own homeland to invest in Lagos is beyond us. We are also sick and very tired of this childish bickering sentimentalism which always says you're the victim and everybody hates you. Please take all that energy back home. We are tired!!!
Thank you so much for sharing your story.
Thank you for watching

Off topic, why did you move back to Nigeria? Just curious to know, if you don’t mind sharing.
Isn't Nigeria his country?

Nobody wants to invest in an environment filled with bigotry and nepotism.
