    Billionaires should surround themselves with the smartest people as your employees, and you will be advised correctly in your strategic decisions. Smart people need to be paid well to fully engage them. If you bring in nepotism because you'retrying to save cost, you'll suffer the consequences.

    It's not only real estate that helped him bounce back, but diversified investments. Not the list is in stocks.

    Pls find stories of people that were not born with silver spoon, whose folks were nothing. It will resonate with many Nigerians not stories of people that will be assisted by the government.

      Nigerian banks collect management fees for every facility granted at that level. Most don't offer any management or financial advisory services which foreign banks do.

    I understand the appeal an Otedola story could have on the audience, but using that particular story to sell your market is a strong show of desperation and ignorance.
    There are many risks associated with Real Estate investing. It can be volatile anywhere in the world. Rather than admonishing innocent unsuspecting young audiences to “just invest” in real estate, an education on how to safely do it in the environment you yourself understand and have invested in, is a better approach. Otherwise, you might as well spell it out that you’ll do just about anything to earn their business.

    • @ownahometv
      @ownahometv  Месяц назад

      Rather than admonishing innocent unsuspecting young audiences… first that’s a lot of projection and assumption. Second, education on how to safely do it is literally what this channel is all about; they’re over 400 videos on this channel I’m sure you’ve not bothered to check. So making a lot of projections and assumptions from one video is not cool. I won’t return the favour by calling you ignorant ☺️ enjoy your holidays.

    • @kakalalatata
      @kakalalatata Месяц назад

      I see your videos around. And they’re mostly a repeat of this one. You’re obviously a realtor and you’re, like most other realtors, promoting the idea that real estate is a safe haven when it comes to investment. IT IS NOT.
      Normally, I would see a video like this and ignore it. But there are more and more of your kind out there nowadays. This video has offered very little education about real estate. All it has done is promote investing in real estate.
      You’re in the UK which like most of the west is suffering from a crawling economy. What would be useful is “how to invest in real estate”, “should you invest in real estate”, “what are the pitfalls of investing” Not something along the lines of “you can’t go wrong”. You can close your comment section if you don’t like criticism.
