if you have a honda or acura and it is 1995 and under this will be the way to do it if you don't have a 96 and up .... you have to Unplug the battery and unplug each ABS sensor and let it stay unplugged for 30 minutes on and then plug it in Before reconnected the battery ... 95And under Hondas and Acuras ..
Bless up. Homie you just saved me. My girlfriend needs my car for a road test and they won't her use it if the abs light is on. The restart worked. May you have all the blessings in life.

Thanks man! This video is clutch for visual learners like myself
This worked for my 2000 Honda Accord V6 EX; I used a paper clip instead of wire.
Thank you so much! Had a dead battery on my 2012 Pilot and after jumping it, both the ABS/VPS lights stayed on. So I knew it was a glitch. Tried several suggestions. Your's was the only one that worked. I've heard of people having to pay upwards of $50 to reset it. What a scam.
you welcome im happy it work out for you
Worked for my 2005 Honda Element. Saved me a ton of money.
I just tried it on my 07 Element, didn’t work.

Thanks for posting this tip. Everything worked fine EXCEPT that the ABS light continued to stay on. Alas.
Alexander van Loon you might how to change out your abs module if it continue to stay on have you changed all your abs sensors or had your abs sensors checked out
Appreciate the suggestions. Turns out one of the ABS sensors had failed, causing the problem. Thanks for the help.
Alexander van Loon you welcome
Thank you so much - it worked exactly like you said - installed wire in port 4 and 9 and done in less than 2 minutes - thanks
💯
Gracias, pude reparar un Accord 2002. La ficha es azul, tiene dos cables y no esta conectada a nada. Debajo del volante.
Esa misma ficha da lista de errores con luz. Segui tus pasos para el ABS y me fue bien. Abrazo !!
Ósea puenteaste ese mismo arnés?? El azul que dices
Thanks a lot. Worked like a charm.

I guess I'm kinda randomly asking but do anyone know of a good place to stream new series online?
my engine light, abs light, and vsa light turned off it worked but once I left to the store with in 15 seconds they all turn back on I drive a 2010 honda Accord v6 any clue what to do next?
Great video thanks, I just had this light turn on and replaced the sensor couldn't get the light off until now. Awesome job👍
Eli A yu welcome
I just did it and it worked. Thanks brother.
you welcome
Thanks alot very helpful!!!!!
Just want to say this worked on my 2000 honda accord v6 coupe in turning off the light. However the light did come back on almost right away b/c the new sensors I installed myself were not generating voltage, or so I thought. Once i fixed that (I had to reposition the new sensors a little due to the rust and the less than clean hole) the light went off by itself in like 10 seconds of driving. The sensor tip needed to be VERY close to the reluctor ring. I was hand turning the hub/bearing (wheel is off at the moment) while trying to get a voltage reading on my multimeter. Once I got a reading I tightened the bolt good and buttoned everything up and the light went off auto! Those other youtube videos failed to mention that you really should check resistance and voltage before putting everything back or that ABS light won't go away and you'll incorrectly think the new sensors were defective.
PS if after doing this and your ABS light does go away but you notice your ABS activating under 10MPH as you slow down, then for sure your ABS wheel sensors are not generating any if much voltage. Lastly I TU and SUBBED this video bc his method worked as intended. If the light came back on , it is not his fault. Just means you've got an underlying issue, probably with the sensors.

Just like that, thanks! Peace to you my friend 🙏
Thanks for the video easy & quickly
Awesome video man! Anyone with a Honda Odyssey 2011 who is dealing with this. Do as shown. Make sure foot is on brake before key is turned. Takes some screwing around with but will work. Light might blink more than usual

How can u turn off abs and brake light on 2000 Astro van
Thank you!!
This man is a hero
Bro I can’t wait to try this, do you need to put a new and sensor in for this to work??
Organized Chaos no nothing but a wire Or a paper clip
Will this work on a 2011 Honda accord?
Hey buddy i changed my abs cord out also, i did the steps you provided the abs light flashed twice but remained on. What would make it do that?
Mr Thomas You might need a ABS module
Probably too late now but to answer your question the reason probably is your cars ABS system is holding more then one code for a fault so you probably fixed one problem but another still is in the system somewhere
The abs light is on with vsa light too, I proced to do in your video and really abs is off now, but vsa continues on, do you know why ?
Cesar de Leon Try to get a new vsa button
Will this work on a honda crx delsol 1997??
My 99 crv threw a abs light randomly and it’s not starting, cranks but won’t start going to try this. Hopefully this works. Going to try a different tranny speed sensor then new front abs speed sensors. My Speedo jumps speed erratically and randomly, also has a code for the front abs speed sensors
Dose it work for 2001 honda civic?
Can't wait to get home and try this
Stupid question but, what kind of wire is that? What would I even look up to find something like that? Does it come as a part of a multimeter set or something?
can used any wire
My 2000 Honda Civic B18c4 comes on the abs goes off sometimes mechanic couldn’t find the plug too diagnose as it appears too be missing or re loacted it can go off long enough too pass its mot ) ( yearly inspection here in uk itll fail with abs on))
Awesome fix my 99 accord v6.
Did the light stay off? I have a 99 Accord v6
@@nanobot81 yes
If you have an active ABS code, the ABS light will begin to blink. The blinking frequency of the ABS light will indicate which code has been stored.
Long blinks equal 10 and short blinks equal 1. An example of this would be three long blinks followed by one short blink. That would indicate ABS code 31.
RF = Right Front
LF = Left Front
RR = Right Rear

15 = RR wheel sensor. (open/short to body ground/short to power)
16 = Faulty RR wheel sensor pulse signal.
17 = LR wheel sensor. (open/short to body ground/short to power)

This was helpful for me. Ive gotten a 13 potentially. Just gotta find a way to fix it now

@@flaboi404 Thanks heaps. So steps you just mentioned in above comment are the steps before running through process in the above video? Thanks again..

I tried on my honda aria 2006. When i tried to push the brake, the light still on.. nothing change to the abs, air bag and brake light.. any suggestion..
take to service tech
This procedure did not work on my 2005 Honda Accord. The ABS light did not go off when I turned the ignition switch with foot on brake pedal,, it just stayed on. Further, more after removing the jumper wire, the starter would crank, but the car would not start. Apparently the jumper wire between the pin holes shorted something out or blew a fuse. Please advise how to repair whatever it damaged. Thanks.
Ty bro
He calls it a C Connector, not the OBD port 1996 behind the ash’ tray?
Can do this on Accord G9?
Excelent 👌
What about the Toyota Camrys?
