      I actually thought it was the small rubber lower return hose and began replacing that instead and found out the hard way after jiggling that metal hose that it was corroded and went to start the engine and fluid shot all over the belt and underside of the hood.

      @SEsGarage I went to autozone and bought the hose for roughly 20 bucks using the part number in your video and installed it under an hour. All is good now. Thanks for the helpful video!

    I’m stuck putting the new part back in. I wish if you showed that part in the video. I’m lucky to have another car to go to work with.

      We could’ve left that cooler in place and just ran a rubber hose from the rack to the return basically bypassing the cooler
