Wow, I've spent what feels like 100+ hours over the past few weeks watching videos like this, and my take away is, there doesn't seem to be a bad Japanese chef, each one of them has made me go "Wow that impressive", in their own unique way, from Street venders to Udon shops, to $300 steak meals, every single Japanese Chef seems to be absolutely outstanding, as well as unbelievably clean, its like a sterilized surgical room. Again, just absolutely outstanding stuff. What a dream to live in beautiful Japan...

Im an Aussie but wow...watching the food on this channel being made is simply...wow! Also, loving the ingredients and method and skill/cleanliness of the prep. I so wish I could sample this stuff.. ... One of my dream holidays is to ski winter snow in Japan...but I reckon a trip to somewhere that does this food MUST be included too.. I dont speak Japanese, only English but I still respect the menu and items. One thing caught my eye here... that 1kg Lunch box!... Crazy!!!... there's enough for a good feed for 3-4 people in that alone!! yummy... ... Maybe it could be on 'this' foodie's holiday list!!!

Japan has the best food... they make the humble egg look and taste so good... even eating plain rice with a splash shoyu and a piece of butter looks good
