I used to live in Fukuoka in 5 years. Now, I am in Vietnam, and I miss the flavor of a bow of Udon. Hopefully, one day I will come back Fukuoka. Really miss it!

This sort of menu often not available in my country, more often than not the menu in most foreign countries are sushi, sashimi and salmon with rice, and the pricing is premium. These look delicious.
Same thing where I am. I live in the Midwest US, and while we have a handful of Japanese places in my town, they only serve expensive sushis, sashimi, and steaks. I really really I could get a good authentic bowl of udon or katsudon here lol

I must say, you have such little space, but nevertheless you make it work very well. So nice and clean and welcoming. It's very hard work that you have to do but, you make it work so fine. You're food looks absolutely delicious and I would love to eat at your restaurant. Especially your noodles.

The way the kitchen alone looks like is proof to me they actually make high quality food. It reminds me of Mexican restaurants because they have an identical look in the kitchen and offer high quality dishes as well.

Also because this is in Osaka. Osakan's are known to be less reserved and enjoy joking around compared to people from Tokyo.
