30年近く広島でトラック乗ってお店の前を何百回も通って気になってましたがトラックでは行け無いのでこんな素敵なお店だとは知りませんでした！絶対にかつ丼とうどんを食べに行きたいと思います！🎉

All of those hours of preparation to have it all cooked and served in minutes. Obviously a great restaurant.
But not quite clean especially the plastic containers that holds dough and broth and whatever else.

どれを食べても美味しいに決まっている😊スタッフ1人1人が素晴らしい
この日の一番乗りでした。 外で待っていると11時まで静かなのでこれほど下準備が多いとは想像してませんでした
いろいろとんかつ食ってきたけど、ここがいちばんうまい！
肉が柔らかくて脂が甘く、衣がすげー軽くて無限に"旨い米"が食える。
メニューの数もありえん多さなのでコメント欄では語りきれませんが、「ロースとんかつ定食 ミニうどん変更 + 店長の気まぐれ餃子(100円)」が至高ということだけ言わせてください。
こんなに速い卵の殻割り見た事ないし、ランチ捌きが要領良すぎて感動した✨
ここ昼の忙しい時間帯でも注文してから出てくるまで速いんですよね
安くて美味いし良いお店です
厨房もホールも皆さん動きに無駄が無い…

I was surprised to read that when the dish with the large shrimp was evaluated by the camera man the English translation was the big shrimp was not good. Hmm it looked great to me, great camera work. Loved the automation used to prepare for a very successful lunch experience for the staff and customers.

I think the most impressive thing that gets overlooked is; places like this aren’t open for 12 hours serving food non stop. So you can take that time and prepare food fresh each day, and it doesn’t go un noticed. Working in the food industry in the restaurants I’ve worked in, in the US they’d prep for the week or two weeks, and if you were lucky, they ran out of the prepped dishes from the week before and you got fresh food the day it was made.
The workers must be very tired at the end of their day.

Of all the japanese restaurant videos I have watched so far (and I have watched many hundreds of them) this restaurant is by far the most hygienic of them all in terms of kitchen maintenance and appearance and staff strict adherence to the principles of hygiene in food preparation, cooking and serving.
