讃岐屋と言えば、、、スタミナうどん！エキキタ店は一度も行ったことがないけど、以前住んでいたところが光町店のすぐ近くだったのでよく通ってました！今度広島に帰省したら真っ先に行きます！

What are all these noodles? Are they a rice flour noodle or a wheat flour noodle?
Udon is made with Wheat flour. Soba is made with a mixture of Wheat flour and Buckwheat flour.

There's a menu called Stamina Udon. It has a strong garlic flavor and is very tasty. But by the way, it's so hot that it always burns my mouth when I eat it.
