- In this video I'm sharing all of the key things that I've learned that I needed to ask my breast surgeon and plastic surgeon as I prepared for mastectomy surgery the second time. Mastectomies can be as unique as our bodies are and there are more an more options all the time--don't be afraid to tell them exactly what you want as an outcome, preferably in writing. I've learned not to make any assumptions--including the assumption that the plastic surgeon is going to hear your well the first time!
