Those of us old enough to remember when listening to the radio was the main option know that you couldn’t leave that thing on for 15 min without hearing Hootie.

My dad passed away Nov of 2017. This was one of his fav songs. He wasnt always perfect but he was perfect to me. He felt bad for things he had done when we were younger. He regretted hurting my mom, but he loved this song and before he passed he made sure we knew he loved us. In the end that's all that matters and I am blessed to have a dad that showed us that. Thanks Darius for such a great song.
