thank you so much Nick! I am following your tutorial since 20 days and today I completed "Inkscape Beginner Tutorials" play-list! your tutorials are so useful, and you explain in very simple understandable way!! great job!
Thank you very much, your tutorials are perfect!! I just became a very confident inkscape user in two days using just your videos an a bit of duckduckgo'ing. My learning method was to watch a few of your tutorials first and then recreate their graphics on my own without following your step by step guides. That way I ran into some problems that I had to solve and sometimes I even figured out different workflows than you are using that felt more comfortable to me. One funny thing about the Box that you draw in this one: In this perspective the bottom of the box would actually be visible. If you look carefully, it looks like the inside of the box goes through the floor. But nobody cares because it looks awesome anyway :)
Hi I have watched several of your tutorials and as a result of them, have purchased your course on Gimp, Inkscape etc. I have come across one issue though with your voice. It's a little too soothing and I'm worried I may drop off watching your videos. Have you considered voice over work for insomniacs, you would clean up. Seriously though, your tutorials are excellent and i look forward to producing some of my own work soon. thanks again.
So cool Nick! Really love your tutorials. I learn something new everytime. One question though: What is link offset? And why do you use it? Why didn't you make a duplicate?
+links2links Linked offset allows you to increase the size of an image with all edges scaling equally, unlike regular scaling, which changes the perspectives. I don't know if I explained that right, but it's difficult to explain via text. I would have to demonstrate it in a video in order for it to make complete sense.
I 2nd +links2links video suggestion on "Linked Offset". Quick Questions? When using Linked Offset there is not need to use ctrl+shift to to keep proportions, only need to pull one node and all sides scale?
I designed it myself before recording the video going by what I thought looked about right, then I just wrote those measurements down so I could use them for the tutorial.

Love your videos, can you make a tut for a Gas Mask ?
Keep going and record more tutorials 👏🏻
If I make my own illustration of an iphone can I use it on a website? Or is it against some apple copyright. I couldnt find anything.
Love it but would be awesome to make the apple logo as well. Can you please make a how to video.

+Nick Saporito (LogosByNick) Thanks Nick. I would love to see a video about that at some point. Keep up the awesome work with the videos.

is this the same as creating a duplicate and adding a thick stroke?

Great work
Hey,nice! Just like I what I wanted!
+Sneaker Graal Indeed. Several people asked for this tutorial. Thanks for the request.
Impressive
Вы просто молодец!!!
Sorry if I'm being naive, but where did you get the measures from?
I designed it myself before recording the video going by what I thought looked about right, then I just wrote those measurements down so I could use them for the tutorial.
Terima kasih
So good :)
Great, thanks :D
I like it
how do you know the measurements of everything?
how do you figure that out and apply it to pixels? great job! i love your videos!
I just traced over an image of an actual iphone
thank you
make me a cerberus logo, please Nick Saporito
You can make the greatest graphics with ease, I watch a tutorial and I can't make anything original :( I did suggest a logo but I have no money.
You'll get better at it with some practice and time
+Nick Saporito (LogosByNick) thanks :)
