Dave Parker had more Hits ,RBIs Runs,Total Bases than Jim Rice. As an Outfielder Dave had more Putouts, and Assists. Yet one year before Rice was elected Dave only received about 10%. Rice had more HRs and careerBA is about .10 higher than Dave. Parker played the majority of his Home Games at hitter unfriendly Riverfront and Three Rivers Stadiums. Rice played all his home games at Fenway Park. If Rice is in the HOF Dave Parker deserves to be also.
Minnesota Strong, mauer, Kaat, Oliva, Carew, Blyleven, Minnesota born, Morris, Winfield, Molitor, started his career with the Twins Ortiz, also played with the Twins Thome.
May 27, twenty hundred, I went to a Phillies-Dodgers game in L.A. I figured if anyone would have a future Hall of Famer at 3rd base that night, it would be Scott Rolen on my Phillies, but he was on what used to be called the Disabled List and didn't play. Playing there instead was utility man Kevin Jordan, who, just by being a Phillie, is my all-time favorite athlete in any sport with the last name of Jordan who wore #23 (although I am also a Washington Wizards fan, and they briefly had a Jordan whom I believe also wore #23 years later). Starting at 3rd base for the Dodgers that night was a guy named Adrian Beltre, whom I mainly remember for getting injured and having to leave the game after the 6th inning after having gone 0 for 3 when he was in the game. But I kept my eye on him in later years, and the guy who didn't impress me that night went on to have a Hall of Fame career.
Physically I noticed Carew & Selig are in bad shape walking with a cane Carew in worse shape then Selig is. Bench no cane but he looks hunched over wonder if he needs back surgery????

Morris only played 1 year, still think of him with Tigers.
@@jimnfl7134 my above comment is that Morris was born in Minnesota,
In my 27 years of life I was told I would never see a Rockie make it to the hall of fame. I have never been more happy to see them proven wrong.
Larry Walker was the first.
@@ACD1994 I know and it’s amazing. Plus to have Larry Walker say he specifically wanted a Rockies hat on his bust was absolutely incredible.
All of them Well deserved
well...maybe not harold baines
Pete Rose punching the air right now.
Sadly and tragically Roberto Clemente never experienced that celebration but he is watching it from heaven with thousands Hall Famer above the sky
GOD BLESS ROBERTO CLEMENTE
Used to hang with Eddie Murray. He was a seeetheart to me and my family.

Best 3rd baseman of this generation is there
Pete Rose belongs on that stage
Adrian Beltre is the best player ever
Where is Dale Murphy??? Vote him in already
Exactly! Also Don Mattingly.
Mattingly never getting in.
How about Louis Tiant and Clay Carroll?
Scott needs a new suit jacket..😮
I noticed that to lol.
Bud Selig isn’t looking too swell either…Damn!, all of the people that I knew when I was a kid are really ancient now.
I hear ya brother. All the people that were in their prime when I was a kid are now playing baseball in heaven.
Coors Field with high altitude and the balls fly out there.
With Mays passing away...who is considered greatest living hall of famer now?
Same thing I asked
It's probably Greg Maddux or Sandy Koufax.
As for hitters/position players, I'd go with Rickey Henderson or Mike Schmidt.
I’m going with Johnny Bench as the greatest living hitter and Nolan Ryan as my pitcher
@@jefffrye4361 Nolan Ryan was overrated
Where's Rickey?
You could keep Bench on the bench
Where’s tricky Rickey & Rock Raines…….
Wow! Tony LaRussa looks horrible. I hope he’s recovering ❤️🩹 okay from his heart issue a couple of years ago.
LaRussa looks like he just rolled out of bed.
Jim Leyland told off that arrogant, juicer,
Barry Bonds..
Should have been in the HOF just for that.
LA russa,once a drunk
No Barry Bonds? Disgraceful
