Definitely, from first to last, one of their top 3-5 albums, IMO. Countdown is such a great send-off track, still gives me chills to this day when I hear it, and I love singing every song on this album! This cover is solid, too! When I saw Rush on the Snakes & Arrows tour in 2007 and 2008, they played Digital Man, and I was ecstatic that such a deep cut was resurrected for the tour!
Great stuff guys and girl! I first saw Rush on the Signals tour, and it’s always been one of my favourites, especially this track. Fantastic performance!
oh Miss Lauren Cozolino Beachak, your voice does so well with Geddy's singin' ! Your whole band is ExCeLLeNt, & I just made an 18 string elect. guitar like Dennis Floridia did on Long Island. Thanks for the rare song CHEMISTRY! adíos señora y señores. Hope you get many/many/MANY views $$$$$$$$$$$
Great tone to the guitarist! I like what you guys did with it. It really changed the vibe in a good way. The singer almost put a Stevie Nicks vibe on the vocals. It gave me a chance to enjoy the song in a new way
I know I am in the Rush fan minority when I say that Chemistry is hands down my favorite Rush tune. That was a terrific cover. For the singer though, one note - you gotta sing "add withOOT subtraction"! Get that beauty Geddy Canadian inflection in there, eh!" :) Terrific job!
Chemistry is on my top 10 list of favorite Rush songs as well. Seeing played live is unbelievable. October 1983 at Radio City Music Hall. They played 5 nights in a row there and played three songs from Grace Under Pressure during the concert before it was even released. Since it was right after the Signals tour they played the majority of the album including Chemistry.
@@Killsnapz Its funny - my first show was for the Signals tour in Buffalo. I remember hoping they'd play Chemistry and The Analog Kid, and speculating with my friend about what song they'd open with. During 2112 they the connection with the house amp went out, the sound went to absolutely nothing - you could hear the jingle of unamplified strings on stage and the distant sound of tiny drums. Somebody dove under the sound table thing, and three seconds later we were all getting our ears pinned back by the wall of sound. I remember parts of the drive there, I could show you where I parked, where my seats were, where I was when somebody tossed a firecracker at me, that I almost hit a blind guy with my car at a 4-way stop sign that night, that a kid borrowed my binoculars when Broone's Bane was played - but I barely remember anything that was played that night. I was too blown away visually to see the band I was crazy for at age 17. I've had to look up the set list to see if they played Chemistry, and I've done that, but even now I can't remember if they played it or not.
Look, I've heard this tune a million times. Every piece of this copy band is spot on! Trust me. But...BUT....as a 40 yr bass player I've got ta say...this bass player is the very best top notch Rush player I've heard. But damn, the drummer, guitarist, keyboardist & vocalist whoooooped my Rush ass...big time. UNBELIEVABLE, guys!
@@RottenPoliticians yep, that's me on bass. I learned to play by watching the Exit Stage Left video tape, so it makes sense if I copied his hand positions

Guys, I think you play well. The woman who does the lyrics, clearly has never seen Rush perform, nor does she know what they were about. Get someone who understands the band, and you're gold.
Love the music, the vocals not so much. I'm sad to say I've listened to a lot of Rush cover bands and I think I'd rather hear instrumental versions of the songs because the vocals have generally been really off.
Great Song. I think "Signals" is often overlooked. It's on of my favourites still to this day.
Signals is at least their 2nd best album, IMO.

A greatly overlooked RUSH tune. Thanks for giving it the justice it deserves. Well done.
As a guitarist and Alex fan the guitarist did this song justice. Much love.
Love this song....I never heard anyone cover this song before....awesome
That guitar solo was always a killer. How someone could create that out of thin air is beyond me.

The drummer is bang on 💥 Mr Peart would approve..

Easy top 10
Chemistry, Analog Kid and Digital Man have to be the most amazing 3 songs on any album back to back I've ever heard hands down!!!
HER VOICE MAKES IT EVEN MORE INTERESTING, A LITTLE MORE COMMERCIAL BUT I REALLY LIKED IT
Awesome...so perfectly done. A true underground classic. Thank you

thanks for the kind words
@@craigwelton6944 Not sure if you're the bass player but if you are you even hold your right hand exactly like Gary Lee (Geddy!)

Drop the Voice. You guys rock!
Nice 🔥
VERY GOOD GUYS
brazil love rush
I like it when the band members are all talented. I like it even more when the singer is gorgeous 😁
Great Cover! Go Jonathan! (drums)
Thanks Matt!!!
Are you guys coming to Socal? A girl singer for Geddy's voice... Brilliant!
Replacing Geddy with a girl was a stroke of genius! I mean, no-one can really replace Ged, so why even try...? Why not do something different?
Brasil ✌️

Ever thought about doing Losing It?
Drummers name please? he nailed it!
Didn't they all?!
Does anyone know whether Lifeson used a Les Paul in the original recording of this song? It sounded like he did.
No. He used the hentor sportscaster
