- Thank you for watching this what I eat in a day! I love getting back into the swing of my WW journey. I got a good amount of food prepped this week and it set me up for success! Let me know if you need the dairy free recipe video as I tried to show it but not sure it came through.
The dairy free parmesan recipe is:
1 Cup Raw Cashews
1\4 cup Nutritional Yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until mixture has consistency of fine crumbs and resembles grated parmesan cheese. That's it!
