Yes but you should have kept the vegans from interupting, should have also told them to stay on point and stop moving the goalpost. Chaffee was arguing the biological medical nutritional biochemistry side while the two goons were circlejerking about “ethics”. You have to play referee more in a debate like this and structure and order arguments and tell people to shut up when its not their talking time.

The only absolute scientific fact i gained from this debate is that vegans are way more annoying than carnivores.
😂😂😂
That is well established. The closest thing to settled science 😂
😂😂😅
That's because they dont come from a rational place, but from and emotional place which is the root of their
ideology (empathy for the animals). So after the ideology is incorporated as part of their identity, any questioning of their ideology is
perceived (on a subconscious level) as an existential threat. It's kind of a mental disease from which they
cant break away, unless they suffer an even greater trauma, some of physical nature, like a physical disease
caused by the diet, which will then on some cases make them review their stance. Unless something powerful
like that hapens, they'll remain attached to their emotional construct, cos it validates their identity as being
righteous and virtuous, essentially making tham thing they are better than anyone else who's not on the same boat.

@@saszablaze1 Exactly! Very wrong! It was a wrong decision. Thank God after I had all these terrible symptoms for a long time, I decided to listen to my own body instead of my beliefs and my dogmas. Then, I started to watch videos of ex vegans. That was absolutely my turning point. Almost all of the testimonial were talking about the same symptoms I had but much worse than mine! Now I am recovering but it takes time. I have lots of nutrient deficiencies now.
The Vega diet has a lot of problems:
1. It's full of carbs! I don't think you can have pure complete proteins from any plant! Those spike your blood sugar. Now that I monitor my glucose, I found out that legumes spike my blood sugar even if a just eat 1/2 cup, same with oats quinoa, breads, potatoes, rice, cereals, and almost everything that sustain you a little bit.
2. Carbs keep you craving all day. You don't feel satisfied.
3. Plants are full of oxalates, lectins, phytic acid, and a bunch of antinutrientes. That's why vegans suffer from malnutrition because of these chemicals.
4. All of these chemicals produce inflammation and is the root cause of diabetes, dementia, autoimmune disease, cancer and more
5. Plants are also full of pesticidas, GMO, full of parasites, and more
6. Most health problems come from deficiencies and toxicity. Vegan diets have both of the 2 worlds!
7. I truly think that the reason elimination diets work is because they eliminate the consumption of poison (plant chemicals and pesticides) and they incorporate the best nutrients (meats)
Last, I suggeste to watch ex vegan videos. That will wake you up and save your own lives

How do we conclude that it was the diet that directly caused the ailment?
First of all, what is a carnivore? Do you only eat meat? I would be very worried to go near a person who is a Carnivore. This is just not the right word to describe human diet, to begin with, as we are omnivores, opportunistic omnivores. I am very sad to hear about your story, and my best wishes for your health, I doubt that this is because of vegan diet. If this was true, then my entire family would have diseases like you mentioned because all our 3 generations consist of vegetarians and Vegans. I have lots of friends coming from Jainism which is a similar diet, and have had a long Indian history before even "veganism" word was suggested. Many Indian diets have been Vegan by default. Unlike West, it is not a challenge for many to be vegetarian in India as we were grown up that way, and we have never seemed to have any problems.

All these bare ankles are cracking me up.
I think the ultimate question for the vegan/carni debate is: Can you produce all the food you need to be healthy locally?
If you need say 25 different plants from 5 different countries to have optimal nutrition, how is that logical or ethically sustainable? On the other hand, ruminant animals can be raised in many different areas and are an all-in-one nutrition source.

Meat heals.
Vegan is just a starvation fast, yet full of phytotoxins. Plants don’t digest in human stomach acid, but when consumed with animal foods that do, they interfere with the digestion and bioavailability of those animal foods. Plant foods are required to ferment in the gut before they can be evacuated from the body. Plant foods fermenting in the gut provide only 6-9% of the body’s total nutritional requirements - too late in the digestive tract to absorb any suitable nutrition. Animal foods are the only foods the human body needs for optimal nutrition .
So happy you found the food that been healing so many.
You did a elimination diet, clearly something was triggering these reactions, not all the other food groups.
@SocialWriting Yeah, I eliminated grains and vegetables. And I've got several friends that saw my improvements and are now on it and thriving and pain free. What's your point?

My nutritional blood tests showed I had multiple deficiencies on a vegan diet. I really tried. I was convinced by the ethical, environmental, and nutrition claims. I was wrong. I had other issues that needed to be resolved surgically. Plant-based nutrition and bad orthodontic care contributed to the reason I needed these surgeries. Seventh Day Adventists are also responsible for male genital mutilation in the USA and the pseudoscience behind that. It took me four years off and on to overcome my cognitive dissonance. I invested time and energy into a vegan lifestyle. It was hard to be wrong. My blood levels are perfect now. I take no meds or supplements. Steak and eggs. My grandfather did die in the Holocaust. He was taken to Auschwitz. Another family member was taken to Terezin-Stadt. We lost four on 10/7. The young girls probably were raped and tortured. This isn’t just word play. When these vegan activists make these comparisons, they diminish human suffering from those atrocities. I know. I went vegan years ago specifically because of this kind of emotional manipulation. My health suffered as a result. I became untethered from reality as my body shriveled and my b12 dropped to the level of an ederly grandmother according to one of my doctors. Slavery? Rape? Torture? Abuse? These are strong words. There are legitimate concerns in there. It is humane to treat the animals with respect. I think the fact that humans even can go vegan is admirable and speaks to our inherent goodness. We all want to do the right thing. Sentimentality isn’t the same as morality though. I believed in veganism for a time for false ethical, environmental, and nutritional reasons. Turns out, all vegan claims are false. I know. I trial and errored my way from SAD to vegetarianism to veganism to keto to carnivore and now feel much better. I’m not always as strict. Also, being vegan means you’re against animal exploitation, abuse and slaughter. Am i to understand that you are no longer against it?
Eating vegan makes you more sensitive cause you eat less dense food. That's why your symptoms kicked in, your soul communicated to you and you were sensitive enough to receive it. Carnivore "food" is much more dense (slower/lower vibrating energy). Your soul gets suppressed. Sickness/Symptoms is your soul wanting to heal and communicate with you, and symptoms are manifested energy into the physical of what is not in balance within you. You just gonna suppress the topic behind the symptom if you eat dense food but not gonna solve it. Autoimmune disease means you are disconnected from yourself and fighting your true self, your body shows you by turning against itself. With lupus it is often a topic of shame. You are doing something (it can be thoughts, emotions you foster that are actually against you instead of supporting yourself, it can be habits, a career, relationships, a lifestyle etc. ) that destroys yourself and your body is just showing this to you and people call it lupus.

@skeej_ I don't think morals come into play with regards to the lion and antelope scenario. But as humans, we can think morally, a trait that has developed over time. @@chrishyde5903name the trait is just a way to derail into ridiculous hypotheticals try again
@@Assassin99584 'Name the trait' (NTT) serves as a crucial inquiry in discussions concerning veganism and animal rights. It acts as a thought experiment, challenging the moral justifications for differential treatment between humans and animals, particularly evident in industries like animal agriculture where animals are slaughtered for food.
NTT prompts individuals to scrutinize their ethical beliefs, compelling them to articulate a specific trait that would morally justify the disparate treatment of humans and animals. By doing so, it encourages deeper reflection on the moral status of animals and the consistency of ethical principles guiding our actions.
When individuals dismiss NTT without engaging with its underlying philosophical premise, it risks sidelining crucial ethical considerations. NTT is firmly established within ethical discourse, compelling us to confront the implications of our actions towards animals and the moral frameworks that justify them.
Should someone choose to disregard NTT without providing reasoned counterarguments, it may indicate a reluctance to confront the ethical complexities of human-animal relationships. Encouraging further dialogue and exploration of these ethical issues is essential to foster a deeper understanding and empathy towards all sentient beings.
