As a bronze Hanzo, spamming the storm arrows while hoping for the best is a sometimes effective way of "outskilling" our foes
How do people even get in bronze like how are you so bad, the first time i ever played overwatch my rank was silver 2 and that has been the lowest i have ever been to bronze.i don’t understand how trash you can be

Say that when you've seen a Mei get a two-people "Sharpshooter" POTG, from halfway across the map on Junkertown attack, first point. While not just spamming icicles, but actually aiming and leading people.
That was a really impressive experience - even though I was one of the people the guy killed.
Jardio had alot of cool plays, but he's the only mei player whose ever had good plays

im masters 3 and i have my team hp set to purple, i dont want to hear it. it helps me pay attention to my hp more so i bionade myself when im closer to 1hp (or 50 if im fighting genji) that and it makes the game feel nice idk why

Btw the last clip of Hanzo wasn't the POTG it was the highlight play of that person because "POTG" translated to Spanish would be "La jugada de la partida" but instead it reads "Jugada destacada" which means highlighted play
So it is the play of the game.

I'm Diamond hanzo and would prob do the same shit tbh lmao. I agreed with the silver due to comp setup, and hitting some flick shots but not understanding storm arrows
If anything the ana and moira positioning should have gave it away, but silvers sometimes look the same as high bronze so hard to tell
as a hanzo player i know what bronze hanzo looks like as soon as i saw those storm arrow shots

Some people actually do use the colorblind mode to help. I myself am colorblind I have had it on for awhile now and it’s so much easier. But I’m just Diamond on pc so I guess it doesn’t make huge difference. Was masters on console.
i have adhd so bright purple makes me pay attention to my health bar more. unfortunately i cant make my health bar subway surfer gameplay so sometimes i have a hard time paying attention to it

So as someone whos vaguely colornlind, the colors blue and red are sometimes hard to see on the background, so I use pink for friendly and yellow for enemy since I see those colors vibrantly against the background.
As someone from OW1 and in on the joke, youre right, I'm vaguely near plat or diamond if I had to guess my secret MMR since I dont play ranked(yet)
The reason the gm+ console teams did so well is probably cause they were also on mouse and keyboard lol
They have better, controller's aim assist is king now in that kind of games.

It's like that in every game but in apex its plat or diamond, I'll admit I do the colorblind stuff too but its cause my eyes adapt to it well
flats can you tell me how i went 5-0 dropping 10k plus damage per game on tank while playing a flex of 2 to 3 tanks per game and only went up from plat 5 to plat 4

That colour blind comment really hurt me
Hey flat how do you feel about either making widow do 190 or making her stack dmg that starts at 70ish and increases for each consecutive shot until 200. After a while of no shots the dmg begins to reduce. This won’t hinder good widows who can hit multiple shots in a row but will stop dominating one shots
If they nerfed Widow's one shot which has to be charged up and aimed before they even look at Hanzo's one shot which is constantly available and will stick the air next to your toe and count as a headshot, I'm pretty sure most people would just uninstall.

get rid of widowmaker's 1 shot but change her into a support character with a dart gun with no damage fall off that heals teammates and damages enemies. aslo give her a cc ability and a grenade of some sort, problem solved

I was an Ashe player in bronce in ow 1 abd i think even if your aim isnt terrible you cant do much with her there, cause you have basically no chance touching carts or points with her, when your tank isnt that good. I started playing soldier a lot more and got instantly out of bronce to silver. At the end of ow 1 i was 5 points below gold and atm in ow 2 i am actually plat 1 and started playing ashe in ranked again and owning with her
Ashe only stopped being good 2-3 seasons after she came out and was a meh pick for the rest of ow1. In ow2 shes high A tier

Really good players like Seeker and I've even seen Kai and Decay use yellow sometimes. It's the best alternate color for colorblind people, I know Seeker is colorblind. I'm also colorblind I feel blind with red outlines lol so I use yellow.
Fpskabe changes his settings every hour or so. Helps adhd out too giving the stimuli

also i think u react faster to brighter colors, yellow is the brightest color u can have as the enemy outline so if u put ur enemies as yellow ur aim might feel better due to reacting slightly faster
im not color blind but i have issues with the color red (it blurs in my vision and can give me headaches if it's moving too fast. idk why or what causes it) so i also use yellow for enemies. everything else is default though

The first clip with mei this guy had better aim than 70% of my mates i got in Diamond/masters and people say its bronze xD dont know if they troll or mean it serious
Edit: I know stats dont mean that much also the accuracy, but on the higher ranks (Diamond-Gm) I do expect that my mates have at least 30%+ accuracy otherwise i could change them for silver dudes
First one looked like it was either a smurf or a hard mei main who never touches another hero, was no doubt it was in the silver to plat range
or they play hanzo which have similar projectile speed as mei, so he's good at mei shots. like for example i main ana so despite widow being one of my least played heros i can still hit shots, but u can still tell i barely play widow because i literally never use venom mine at all

In general, you're only gonna see a difference on where people are because the average skill level is gonna be different for different tools, but that does not mean the system is different

I completely disagree with the bronze take. I've seen both bronze on PC and bronze on console and PC is 100% worse. My hypothesis is that a controller for an inexperienced player is a lot more accessible while a mouse requires a lot more control to use properly. The difference between skill floor and skill ceiling for a mouse is a lot wider than a controller.
Pretty sure in jays videos where it was console v pc console dominated until diamond…?
For some console players they have friends that are all pc players and at least when i played it took you into the lobbys for the party leader so i would be normally playing on pc lobbies as a PlayStation user and doing the same if not better than my friends on pc
If by ranking system you mean the actual mathematics for how ranks and MMR's are calculated based on performance and results, I don't believe there's any difference between platforms. It's just that these ranking systems are relative instead of absolute, so a rank in one playerbase can be weaker or stronger than the same rank in another playerbase.
So the top ranks on PC and consoles may be quite similar, but since bronze is the lowest rank, if the worst console players are significantly worse than the woerst PC players, they'll both still be bronze. No need for any differences in the algorithms for calculating ranks in order to reach that difference.
if its performance based then that would explain why i de-ranked only once after losing 15 dps games in a row. while some of the losses were my fault i ran into a string of bad tanks that would feed, bad supports that wouldn't let our tank take space, and a whole lot of push maps, but even then i held my weight in most games. the problem is that im a support main so i cant carry as much on dps... unless i go widow, cause she's totally balanced and not broken at all

Frankly Numbani on console is such a bait and switch, especially since OW2. You can be in diamond and people will still hold in bizarre-a** positions. Guys, this map was figured out literally years ago, nobody sits on cart to hold jesus christ. Also junkrat is played straight up to masters, but the good junkrats hold right and terrorize anything coming any of those 3 paths with impunity. The real way to tell if it's gold is the support lineup, because anybody trying a defense zen/moira has been huffing straight glue.
Honest to god… in my masters/high diamond games, if I’m dead (cause I play as tank), NO ONE will touch cart, even during overtime. It’s nuts. I don’t know what it is but if I happen to be dead during then, no one’s even gonna try to go for the cart. It boggles the mind.
as a masters 3 ana main i find myself being out of position because im bad. but also because nobody wants to touch cart and i have to do it myself. like i may use the young ana skin but that doesn't mean im faster lmao
@@iSuckAtGamesGG Yeah I notice supports and tanks are always the one to pay attention to the cart. DPS tend to not care which baffles me. If you literally just stalled the cart for 3 seconds, I could maybe get back. I’m Ball ffs. I can stall on Dorado for example ETERNALLY with decent shields/heals.
@@thetwistedsamurai thats because the support and tank role requires more awareness. a lot of hitscan players have aim but no brain, but u cant do that as tank, and u can only do that on support if u dont get contested which is rare
