Adam's Car Shampoo. But I just coated my car and running out of Adam's so going to switch to carpro reset and give that a try. But want Hyper Wash for other cars that may show up to get coated or detailed.
I like this soap. On my second gallon. Smells good, suds last a long time, 400:1 dilution ratio, and best of all is the lubrication. Good maintenance soap. Buy on sale and it's a great value.
For my first foam-up I use Meguiar’s Hyper Wash, let it rest, then rinse it off. My second foam-up is with Chemical Guy's Citrus Wash and Gloss which provides much better slickness than the first foam-up. (FYI: The gloss imparted from the second foam-up is more than acceptable when I'm in a hurry. When there's time, though, I follow-up with a couple of Turtle Wax spray-ons: Seal N Shine then Spray Wax.)
The garden hose does a better job rinsing off all the left over soap. It takes longer to do the final rinse with my pressure washer that dose not have a really high flow rate.
I see you do 2 bucket method it's cool works for you but wouldnt make more since just get several wash mits and skip that step just use one tose in empty bucket ho to next
Here is the pressure washer link amzn.to/3sq47Na I use a 40 degree nozzle. I have never measure the pressure but it not much I can put my hand in front of the tip about 10 inches out and it is not that bad.
I just bought left over metal from the local metal shop. I then cut and weld the cart to my specs. I needed a custom size cart so it would fit under my rack in the garage and not stick out at all.
way way too much lol its recommended dilution is 400:1 and for a 32oz foam cannon bottle that would be about a tenth of an ounce... there had to be about 5+oz of hyper wash in that thing.
Cool video, nice car! I been looking for Meguiars Professional line in a store near me but not really able too. One soap I love is Adams Car Shampoo. Adams CS3 for a drying aide is my favorite too.
This is my daily and it sits outside all the time. Where I live it always gets these little backed on yellow dots. I foam it once and let it sit for a while to help break down the yellow dots. If I dont do this it is hard to remove them.
Hey Rob. Awesome video. I came here to see your review about the Meguire's Hyper Wash. 2 questions. How did you like the product overall? Which pressure washer model are you using? I see that it's a Sunjoe but don't know which model. would you recommend it? Love your bucket cart. awesome idea. I like your rinse method, I do it as well. I think it actually takes out the remainding soap off much quicker than a pressure washer. But thats my opinion. Keep it up Rob!
The hyper wash is good but then again I have never used a soap that was not good. This is cheaper than some of the other main brands, that is the main reason I went with it. I use this pressure washer amzn.to/2W19RMS It is ok, I have a big leak coming from the outlet but it does not seam to effect it. I choose this one because i wanted to take it off the cart and put it on the shelf. I agree using the hose for the final rinse is much faster and better.
@@robsgarage-detailingvideos5621 yeah. While using the pressure washer has more force, using the garden hose utilizing more water volume within the rinse. Thats my opinion. Thanks for the info Rob.
If you dont shake it then all the soap get pulled up 1st and all the water is just left over and you dont have any foam after all the soap is gone. I have never tried hot water, I need to test that out, thanks.
@@robsgarage-detailingvideos5621 I know with chemical guys and armor all the ceramic hot water seem to work well, but with a few other brands, I noticed it didn’t make a difference
Thanks! I messed up the voice over in this video. I tried to shoot, edit and upload this video in the same day and that caused me to miss the bad processing on the voice over.
What is your favorite car soap?
Right now am using HONEYDEW SNOW FOAM. I want to buy Mr. Pink and see how that stacks up against honeydew.

I _genuinely_ admire your carefully worked out wash apparatus setup and how you use it. It's an approach that any engineer would appreciate!
Thanks! I'm always looking to improve my setup to be more efficient.
The quality of your content is awesome. Keep it up, Rob!
Thanks, appreciate it.
Love your set up. That mobile cart looks awesome.
Thanks! Its much nicer to have the wash buckets up high so you dont have to bend over.
Great video, Rob! Super clean S2000 too!
Thanks! I need to make a new video with my s2k
s2000 in the back looking fire, appreciate the soap vid
What was the dilution ratio you used for the foam cannon?
I dont measure I just dump some in
Whats the delute ratio on snow foam?
You went down the body panel on the driver side door to the bottom and then went to the top of the adjacent panel without having rinsed the mitt?
Maybe, this is my daily and it has over 200k miles so I'm not super careful with it.
Yep i notice it
What hose reel was that, Rob?
Why do you prefer to use garden hose for final rinse?
The garden hose does a better job rinsing off all the left over soap. It takes longer to do the final rinse with my pressure washer that dose not have a really high flow rate.
Also a lot safer for rinse imo
Love the video and the effort you put into it!
Thanks a ton!
Where you get your cart?
Awesome set-up!
Thanks!

Yhea I might switch to that method but the 2 bucket has been working for me. no swirls on my s2k.
Hi@Rob's Garage - Detailing Videos, would you like to review the new MJJC foam cannon pro? Thank you.
Do you have a link to the pressure washer you're using? What degree tip are you using for your car? Have you ever measured the PSI?

What pressure washer do you use??
Sun Joe amzn.to/3nvq60p
Do you have a parts list for custom wash cart?
I just bought left over metal from the local metal shop. I then cut and weld the cart to my specs. I needed a custom size cart so it would fit under my rack in the garage and not stick out at all.

I tried the Adams car shampoo, its nice but kind of expensive.
Great job, what was your soap to water ratio?
I don't measure. It was some where around 100-200ml.
Yepa it looks like 200ml +-
Why do you foam cannon twice? Thanks
This is my daily and it sits outside all the time. Where I live it always gets these little backed on yellow dots. I foam it once and let it sit for a while to help break down the yellow dots. If I dont do this it is hard to remove them.
What gun and hose are you using?
Mosmatic gun and kobrajet hose for my pressure washing setup. I got it from obessed garage.

Might have added too much soap into the foam cannon, maybe dry half of what you used.
Mine works better if I don’t shake it and I use hot water makes a lot more foam that way

I like Mr pink from chemical guys. Smells like bubble gum.
Cool, I have not tried that out. This Meguiars did not really have a smell.
