    Do you train both sides or just throwing side?

      Both sides go into hip/shoulder separation. So no, not just throwing side.

    Everybody doing something over the top now with their exercise programs. Its almost a competition now as to who can do the most outlandish stuff. Stick to the basics. Follow the tried and tested methods that have stood the test of time.
