    I’m 250, and have topped 96 2 years ago and never done reverse lunges until this year I’m excited to see if I can get back there or gain even more

    I've used the gym aware before. it is great knowing what velocity you are at while lifting and it also is a helpful motivational tool if you need it. It helps you want to break your record of the last workout.

    we did this type of training at my juco before i transferred to D1, i've gained so much mass in my legs ever since

    There's no way he can do 350 on single leg... He can't even do 350 regular squat... "Ripping reps on 350" is a big BS

    Why is 0.8 m/s the golden number? Any research to support that?
