Information and breakdown doesn’t get any better. 💪
Easy to follow and easy to understand. Thanks for the clear and detailed breakdown.
I’m 250, and have topped 96 2 years ago and never done reverse lunges until this year I’m excited to see if I can get back there or gain even more
I've used the gym aware before. it is great knowing what velocity you are at while lifting and it also is a helpful motivational tool if you need it. It helps you want to break your record of the last workout.
Great partnership. I've seen the GymAware in a few gyms around town.
we did this type of training at my juco before i transferred to D1, i've gained so much mass in my legs ever since
Gotta love the method.
Saw in an interview Spencer Strider can reverse lunge 500lbs
This programming is great.
2x body weight on single leg? Oh My God!
Right!? That's a serious lunge
Good stuff TGRTG
Yo Tom, you think these adaptations correlate with combat athletes for punching power??
Reps and sets?
Is this fine with a normal barbell?
what percent of our max should we use during the eccentric training and the isometric training?
There's no way he can do 350 on single leg... He can't even do 350 regular squat... "Ripping reps on 350" is a big BS
You should watch our other video to see !
Why is 0.8 m/s the golden number? Any research to support that? Also, are we talking about peak velocity or average velocity here? Thanks.
Wat would say is the best exercise for building exit velo
