The way I handle tough times (stage 4 cancer) is only by prayer and asking God for help. I find that reading my bible always lifts my spirits.

Life should always be celebrated! I have one customer that comes into Walmart pretty much every day, and when he approaches me, he always says "I'm blessed to have another day..about you? I say yes I'm blessed! Regardless of what we all go thru, whether physical or emotional pain...life is still good!❤❤

I actually do the same exact thing as you do and to be honest with you when I’m home I always love to eat in my pajamas and not my every day clothes cause they’re so comfortable and loose and relaxing

My husband passed 3 weeks ago., I miss him so much, but when you said that you and Matt each went to opposite sides of the store and met in the middle , I had a total flash back! 😢 I think it’s a great way to get the job done. When I am depressed, struggling with my health issues, (and they are many), I find people to help. I go to Assisted Living/Rehab facilities or Hospice and visit with residents. It is a blessing to them and takes your mind off you and on someone else. 😊

20 is so inexpensive but it’s wherever a person lives- I love how Matt looks at Tiffany’s hair when she says “you should go to my hair stylist” and you can tell he isn’t impressed. But here in the areas I have lived in America @ a top salon he would pay $150 plus and then some not great salon- a chain salon is 25 but you get a rubbish cut! My partner pays $50 for a cut however they also trim his eyebrows!
Anyway Matt seems like such a great guy most women would be super happy to see him pay any amount as he seems so kind to you and your mum!
How I tackle tough times - honestly, I fall completely apart, allow myself to go through all those emotions and then go back to concentrating on taking life one day at a time. Get through one day and then before you know it, you've gotten through another and another and another. Also realize that the bad things won't last forever and some of the best days of your life are still ahead of you.

I make my self happy, by being mindful and thankful for what I have, In my mind, I don't think I have much, however, it's probably a lot more than many other people... So be mindful, and thankful, it won't cost anything, but should make you feel happy xxx

Dear lovly Tiffany, it's nice that you don't lose your hope. My friend does have stage 3 non small cell lung cancer. He is undergoing study treatment, 4 x CT and MRI a year. His 3rd year where the tumors haven't grown. A big thing is the food. No white sugar, no white flour, Greensuperfood probably helps a lot. Maybe you would like to find out more about nutrition, wish you all the best and good health, keep your faith and do lots of beautiful things that make you happy in your heart. Your advice was spot on. No matter what we are dealing with we have control over how we approach it. Cancer is hard. It never stops but we can refuse to let it take what we have left. We can always find one thing to see as a blessing. I do a lot of needlework to keep my hands and mind busy. It gives me something just for me! I look forward to it.

I am glad to hear that you are concentrating on being positive. I occurred to me watching this and listening to you talk about the comments that while you come here to be centered and just talk, most of the people on here that are in a situation similar to yours probably don't have a youtube channel or have the same outlet so you are helping others mentally process their depression and or stress from an illness or loss. Life really is about helping others in any way we an and you are doing just that.

Hi Tiffany, When I was diagnosed with CC in 2022 I did not overthink things. I do not face adversity until I need to. Do not waste your energy on worrying. "Life is what happens to you when you are busy making other plans". Also, SSRIs are great for allowing one to see the silver lining when it's cloudy. Hope this helps. 😊

☀️Happiness Tip! ☀️Adopting a cat (or kitten!). Especially if you’re low on energy or have a busy, changing schedule, a cat is always happy to relax with you at home! (Imagine a wee cat all cosy beside you on your pyjama breaks! 😭)
My ragdoll cat has added SO much joy to my life this past year. ❤ He’s always doing something amusing or happy to play. It’s all the fun of a dog without the extra work and stress involved.
Two cats ... nowadays, especially indoor cats, you don't have just one cat which is lonely when everybody else is working, sleeping, out and about etc.
Just look how kittens are playing together or sleeping tight together.

I always feel very sorry for kittens which have an indoor life 15 years plus without a cat friend. Most people do not understand what a depressing life that is for a single cat.
And yes, there are cats which do not want a cat friend.
@@capricorn1970i I understand where you’re coming from but I didn’t mention it because every situation - and cat- is different. A reputable breeder or rescue will have homing conditions for each animal: some have to stay in bonded pairs, others to be the only cat in the home. Most rescue centres in the UK have very strict rehoming criteria for cats and take the time to assess their needs & match them to homes.
Just loved listening to your holding onto hope, just been diagnosed with Parkinsons. Sent through a few days of feeling that I could easily go into self-destruction. But like you, I have an amazing family around me. The only stress I have is from work. Amazingly I work in the ehealth sector, you would think they would be more caring, but I now realise I am just a number at the bottom of the work roster. They have not been understanding, prior to my diagnosis, I think they thought I was pulling the wool over their eyes, just felt they didn't believe me, with regards to the symptoms I was experiencing. You have made me feel so much better, I just need to look after myself more and embrace my loving family even more. Thank you so much. X

With my health (MS) and I begin to panick due to attacks and changes I always go to a place where I tell myself "You can't fail, You can't stumble because my adult kids need me and my spouse and my sweet fur babies. That always brings me out of my panick.
My sister has MS it’s awful …. I really hope you’re doing ok …. My sister does as you do … I have cancer that has returned… and try to do the same but only have fur babies I couldn’t have children due to my cancer but I love my cats sooo much and pushed through the worst days by knowing they rely on me sending much ❤ to you and your family

To be honest I suffer from OCD and anxiety, although I take medication for it, I still have off days! Also, a survivor of melanoma 44 yrs now! I'm 66 yrs. For me I feel the need for therapy, which I just started up once again. Talking to someone who isn't your family or friend, seems comfortable and safe. No judgements are made. You can truly be yourself there. Also, I learned from you Tiffany that I now do things that not only make me just happy, but things that make me very happy❤

Tiff, consider staying clear of Virgin River. Depending on season it got dark. Watching you can obviously see outcome and you can't shake sense into character.
Just not worth investing emotion in.
Hope is all any of us have. Holding onto bits while keeping it real helps us get through the other side.

I like it a lot as well. I would call it a slice of life show, where it’s not like a Hallmark Movie, but even through the bad times, the way that the characters support each other is wonderful. The scenery is gorgeous, and there are plenty of humorous moments.
“I don’t know if I’m delusional” ohhh tiff I find myself asking that living in the times we are in…..I literally have to shut off all electronics to catch my breath again. As always sending loads of prayers to God for you, that you take each day as it comes and you keep that joy in your heart! We never really start living until we think we are dying……..hugs

Looks very delicious. Not to criticize, But would love to see you take a bite of his good cooking. Instead of something sweet. I did a little bit of research on cancer patients since I have several in my family. Sweets are not good they are cancer feeder.

Hi Tiffany, little advice for the e hayfever if it’s really bothering you and if you prefer not to take medication. You could try Nettle leaf tea (got mine on Amazon) I drink 1-2cups a day and my hayfever is almost non-existent! It delicious with a little bit of honeys nd got loads of other health benefits

Tiffany, you are not delusional. The best thing to do is what makes you feel happy and safe. Watch the things that make you happy. Surround yourself with people who are upbeat and help keep you in a good space. If you keep you mind in a good place, this helps your body stay in a good place.

Hi Tiffany i have stage 4 rectal cancer. Had chemo surgery radiation. Them ned for 6 months. It progresses to 4 small nodules no biopsy. Started back on chemo shrunk to 2. Scans are so nerve racking. I was wondering why they are watch and wait or are you still on tjose patches
Also have the drs talked sbout chemo infusion agaim. Also would live to hear more success stories

Heat wise, count your blessings. 38 degrees C here. Easier to turn on the heat than to turn it off. Re everything else. Can you change something? If not will focusing on it make anything any different? If not, do exactly what you are doing, set your mind to things that make you happy.
