  • Moo to Poo your bowel movements to empty your bowels (poop), stop straining and constipation with Physiotherapist Michelle.
***Watch full Moo to Poo video "Natural Constipation Relief in 3 Easy Steps" • Natural Constipation R...
Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist Michelle Kenway shows how to empty your bowels without straining your pelvic floor. Learn the bowel movement posture and two essential steps to empty your bowels completely.
    Moo to Poo Position
*Sit on the toilet seat (don't hover or squat above the toilet seat)
*Lean forward, hands or elbows on thighs
    *Keep spine straight
Moo to Poo Bowel Movement Technique
    *Breathe deeply into your belly
*Say "M" to widen your waist muscles
*Say "OOO" to bulge lower belly forward to relax your pelvic floor
This Moo to Poo bowel emptying technique should be used lifelong and is particularly relevant with constipation, hemorrhoids, after childbirth, hysterectomy or gynecology surgery and for management of prolapse conditions including anal prolapse and uterine prolapse.
Your stool consistency needs to be soft and well formed for this bowel emptying technique to be really effective.
Stop constipation and straining with Moo to Poo for all your bowel movements!

I don't get this, when I say "moo", my belly/core activates, it doesn't "bulge out" like how it seems is what's supposed to happen here? Ah, darn. I've been mooing wrong

    • @michellephysio
      @michellephysio  Год назад +4

@aidanorgkubrim7095 hey there - you’re on track. Say “M”and your waist widens/core activated. It’s the “ooo” that bulges your belly forward. Try saying the sounds separately first up then put them together into “Moo” hope this helps😊

Please answer, I don't understand how you breathe during this mmm-ooo- tecnique. Is the mm and oo both on the same outbreath? Or mm on the inbreath and oo on the outbreath? How do you syncronise breath and this tecnique?

The optimal manner to empty your bowels without straining will always be to take regularly 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach.

Enemas are unnatural. The 💩 shoot was made to be exit only. 😊 If you're having constipation, it means your electrolytes are deficient and/or you're injesting too much fiber. Most everyone is magnesium deficient nowadays.
