u can do this through the dex app on pc if u have onen of the newer phones like s10 or 20

yes, i can confirm. installing the dex app on the pc then when connected to the same network the name of the pc will appear on the phone and it will take u to the dex program on the pc / laptop. @@praiseezihe

Can we use the computors touch pad an keyboard with the dex or just the screen?
You use your phone as touch pad in wireless mode, or if your screen is touch, you can use it too. However on "wired" Dex, you can use your computer touchpad
@praiseezihe ive tried it on my windows 7 pc since. I can confirm i was able to use dex with the screen, keyboard, track pad, audio on the laptop wirelessly.
hey great vid got my dex finally running, however... I can't extend the display or mirror what is on my tablet to the pc? the pc get the dex interface but my tablet reverts to normal

If the wireless display isn't in the list like shown in this video then, click on add an optional feature, click on wireless display.
I cant find the connect app on the microsoft store or pre installed on windows 11 but does it make an difference because mine is set to german

How can I allow input in wireless display? I can't use my mouse and keyboard.
You can use your phone as a mousepad, or if your laptop PC is touch-screen, that works as well
@@praiseeziheI'm using Dex on my windows 10 pc with my newly aquired samsung tab s5e. For some reason, my windows 11 laptop and this tablet won't connect so I can't use dex. I'll try your trick to see if it solves my problem.
Able to hear audio on Windows 11 but no video. I can see video on Samsung S22 but no audio by wirelessly.
What am i doing wrong or missing something? Also, watching Netflix & other, I got audio but no video, why?

make sure your phone volume is all the way up and that sound is playing through your computer not your phone.

On your PC. It should be preinstalled on your windows 11 PC. If not, check for it on the Microsoft store

Connect both devices to the same WiFi
they are but i found another way. install dex on pc, and then the phone sees the pc. plus ur answer doesnt resolve the problem, windows doesnt have that after so many update's it's in the more features category or something. and not even there cuz i checked. just install the program on pc :) gave u the problem gave u the solution too . who needs it can come to this comment haha@@praiseezihe
