I was at the Flames of Autumn GT where Scott Horras played his WTC list. I didn't pair into him so i never saw it played but i know his only loss was to Sean Olson who won that GT with an Ironstrom list that had three Repulsor Executioners in it. Ive played against Sean using similar lists and the triple RepEx is murder on Guard tanks and Imperial Knights alike.
@palin1016 nice! Yeah it's a super interesting list for sure, seems like the kind of thing that will win some matchups for free and lose other ones so as long as that's something you're ok with should be a good time
it looks like a Guard good stuff list imo the hydras are a bit spicy but we have proof of concept from the AoW + Team USA guys playing it already to success i think the kurov's is probably the most interesting part to me, since he's the only one running it in the entire tournament, it feels like overwatch / aoc denial
Manue is the best spanish player arguably, he specializes in cwe/drukhari. He is a lot of the reason behind spain getting 2nd place in WTC. He is sort of new to the faction but insanely skillfull. I would not be surprised if he outdoes the astra competition this time around. That being said 3x6 ogryns is crazy tho, but probably outdoes the rest of our anti-infantry and can hit soft spots with pairings. He is eldar-ifying guard if that makes sense, so is hard to abstract a reason behind the choices.

@@Joushi40kI used the Aquilla once earlier this year and I have no idea if it was any good because I consistently forgot it existed
