Folks Aburi and the Foothills of Ayi Mensah is undergoing rapid deforestation and cutting of trees for houses. Please advise home owners to plant trees and green grass. The houses can be built into the forest without cutting trees and using walls and compound tiles. The weather is changing and climate change is real in Aburi if folks stop cutting trees and start planting trees.
I'm sorry but this house is worth $70k-$80k max. It needs some major remixing and way better finish. I guess this is nice for someone to buy and retire in but not at $120k. Nothing in this house screams $120k. The neighborhood looks a bit post apocalyptic. It's giving retired community vibes. Love the mountains. With $120k you can get bigger land (more greenery) and better finished luxury home that's not even just a bungalow.
I disagree. How can you say post apocalypse. This is the beauty of the area. If you compare to busier places like central Accra then I don’t think you would say this. You don’t sound like you’ve visited Ghana

This house has basic and outdated tiles, closets, tiolets, cabinets and sinks. Even the tile around the kitchen sink has began to erode. The entire yard has been deviod of any naturally greenery excluding the parking garage. It is worth $60,000 tops.
