I found out I didn’t like the host the first video when I heard his laugh. It doesn’t seem genuine but I’m not hating on him I’m glad bill told him to his face how i kinda had the same vibe off the host

If this show ever does a sidekick thing, Bill would be amaaaaazing! His darker and angrier style of humour alongside Pete's "laugh at everything anyone including himself says" style would work perfectly! I love both these guys.

I hear ya. Though he just got married, and is doing quite a bit of film work now.
Also, the podcast and stand-up is already a full time job.
He states quite a bit that he doesn't want to be a regular on a TV show. He's happy with his life, and his passion and main career drive is solely stand-up.
I just noticed that I listen to wayy too much of his podcast that it has become freaky and depressing that I know this much about another mans life.
Hah. Well, Bill is an interesting guy. And he's hilarious. So it's less creepy than if it was someone else's life.
Plus I know what you mean about Bill not wanting to be on a TV show. He was on Conan sayin something about how he prefers to be less recognized in public. Though he also said he'd never marry on Pete Holmes' podcast.

He's always so on point with his thoughts and views of life. He's very honest, and people have an easy time connecting with him, which is probably why he's so damn popular.

Ugh, literally never knew this show existed until recently, and now I'm enjoying the clips but heartbroken that Corden and Fallon are so popular and this didn't make it.
Corden is just horrendous. He has absolutely 0 interview/host skills. The dude will let guests ramble endlessly, interrupt them with jokes that bomb. It's like he's never seen a talkshow host before. You're supposed to lead the guests, keep things flowing, help out guests who are not doing well with their stories by reeling it in or throwing in a good joke. God he's fucking embarrassing to watch. Without the success of that Carpool Karaoke nobody would even watch that dumbass show where they for some reason FORCE random guests to sit and fight for airtime on the same couch. The show's only good when good comics or actors are on and they take over and doing Corden's fuckin job for him.

I like to come and watch these clips whenever I like to think about the last days of real, genuine and organic comedic talk shows. Late Night is 100% unwatchable now.
That laugh at 0:47 about applebee's could have been a bit stronger than just a clap and shriek, he could have done a maniacal dribbling hooping laugh that went into a completely red face then ending with a long loud wet sounding fart that turned into a shit, that would have been more appropriate for the unfunny applebee's gag.
The audience was not digging him, made everything so much funnier...
