Incredibly well explained, especially in relation to a golf swing and the importance/benefit. I don’t believe any instructors even explained the pelvic tilt in the golf swing as well as this.
The losing of Ant Pelvic Tilt (20>3 degree), when the legs are driving up - does this increase or reduce lumbar stress? BTW its quite easy to get this mixed up with spinal flexion (at least for me)
