    Great progression into a bridge... I’m sure I use my hamstrings too much when I do the bridge. This helps a lot.

    Great stuff,just need more of it. I'm 71 and have tendency to come out of my setup,but really just get tired . Have to take a Cart cause between walking and lack of Glute/Hamstring strength
    Guess I give up without realizing it,tks Keep it up.Sal patanio!

    This is useful. I currently have a very uncomfortable minor lumbar spine injury after not warming up properly last week before a round (got bumped up a few slots, should have declined, lesson learnt). I can't play and recovering I can feel the additional pressure on my lower abs from me trying not to engage lumbar spine as much as I normally would so strengthening that whole area going forward is my aim.

      It will do wonders for staying in posture and supporting your lumbar. More videos to come.

      Give them a try. Very important that these moves can be done to help keep you safe while playing.
