The information is out there, the studies have been done, and we have irrefutable evidence to support the idea that your brain is not hard-wired, but rather it's soft-wired. This means you have the ability to literally rewire your brain, and therefore, you have the ability to change your speech habits from stuttering to a fluent way of speaking.
In this video you'll discover the role that your MINDSET plays in the process of rewiring your brain, as discusses in the book "Rewire Your Brain" by John B. Arden.

I stuttered for almost 22 years now, but still tried to find ways to overcome this weakness of mine. I'm a stutter yet I pursued a degree of Education where speaking and communicating is highly needed and finished it with flying colors. Now, I am working and still stutter yet I still pursued a job that will challenge me, a call center agent. Keep moving and moving, one day you'll get into it. Thank you so much for this video. God bless!

I always think so negatively when I stutter or block up and I always beat myself up for it, to the point where I think I am a failure. Your videos are so positive, and the more I watch you the more confident I feel that my speech problems are solvable. I just started reading the book Atomic Habits that you mentioned, and realizing that I don't have to identify as a stutterer is a huge confidence builder.

I stuttered as a child and into adult hood, it was worse in my teens than got a little better as an adult but to this day I still stutter a bit. I made some observations, when I talk to new people I'm going to date I by habit lower my voice and talk smooth and rarely stutter, then when I talk to my friends or family, or at work, or when I particularly recall and retell a story it's when I stutter the worse. In HS in certain classes I stayed quite most of the time out of fear I would stutter, then In some other classes I was more comfortable with talking and didn't stutter as much. I have been very deeply ashamed of this and couldn't even admit that I stuttered to my self

hey, my name is Tom, I have recently started your course on re wiring my brain for fluent speech. I have stuttered for 22 years now from a a child. these past 2 year have been most difficult for me as my stutter ha become so bad that I cannot speak on the phone anymore. 2 years ago I used to and I used to love calling people but now my stutter has become so much worse that I can't even reply once. do you know why this is and if I can regain my ability to speak on the phone? my confidence has fallen so much this year due to it. I don't know how it became so bad in such a short period of time. any advice on my situation?
I alo stutter with people a lot more than with others. and I notice that sometimes I don't stutter at all in public but then when my mind is on it I stutter way to much. why is there those inconsistency's and how can I maintain my fluency with everyone equally? Certain friends I stutter with and certain friends I don't at all, I also mentioned that I can't speak on the phone anymore and by that I mean with strangers (ordering, applying or for jobs). but with some of my friends I don't stutter at all on the phone. why is this the case and how can I fix this.
Also I noticed, when I'm doing routine and have to read, I don't understand what I have read after. I that bad for re wiring my brain as if I don't know what I read then how am I going to improve or how I my brain going to learn.
finally, my general some up is, can I regain my speaking ability from before or are those cells dead? did I kill the brain cells or is the issue is that I'm not making the connections any more like I used. is there reasons for that? if so what could be those reasons?
I hope you see this and can give me advice. This video and your course is giving me hope that I really need at a time like this. I just want to know why im so inconsistent and why my stutter has reached this level so quickly and if it is reversible as I spoke fluently before (especially on the phone).
