Great video. Love hearing two creatorsn display such respect, admiration, and insight for both each other and AC as a franchise. Really appreciate the work both of you do, especially after trying to do just ONE AC gameplay video, which took forever to get it to a state where I was happy with it. On another note, will you be playing/streaming the FF16 DLC? Your stream is one of the reasons I got into 16/FF in general, and would love to see you play that out. Cheers Leo!
Making anything is really hard but making any kind of Performance, which gameplay / stealth / skiller showcase videos absolutely are, can be very draining. I would love to stream both FF16 DLCs, since I haven't played either of them yet. I haven't played the game in some months, so I would have to relearn how to play off-stream for a few hours before I come back, but that would be really fun. I really enjoy that game, I have no problem finishing it up and adding that to its VOD playlist here.
Hell yeah! This is gonna be a banger for sure. By the way Leo, I gave Demon's Souls another try, and I'm hooked! I guess third try is the charm. I can't wait for any future content you do on souls and soulslike games, as well as anything else you make obviously.

I feel like with ac hex if you lived in that time period just seeing a female assassin move like they do use smoke bombs a hidden blade berserk blades that make people turn on each other and all the other tools most ordinary people would think she’s a witch
Makes perfect sense to me, right. People were already pretty ignorant at the time, a little bit of theatricality (which Assassins already employ regularly) and you can really freak people out.

There was a time when i really didn't like this guy's channel, it felt like he was making the same type of video over and over "blank character vs blank character", the wasted potential of __ game, "should you buy game in (current year)", or I just found his voice recordings kind of annoying. But I gotta respect his grind. (edit: he has switched up his content recently which is great.)
Definitely really impressed with what he's achieved. I think what you mentioned just shows how tough it is to come up with original concepts at times, makes me appreciate his effort to keep things fresh and varied even more.

This whole community is a huge circle jerk, the truth is that Maceonik AC is the true god, the true prodigy that came and left RUclips that nobody talks about, the best ac player that ever existed
Facts, honestly. Never replicated, never dethroned. I remember when he released his first Unity video after years away, it was like a tidal wave among the people who followed his work, given that I think he'd already changed his name to RIP AC by then. It was a huge surprise and completely unexpected. He also played that game better than anyone else I've ever seen, which is brutally hard to do considering how ACU will find every way possible to screw you over. If there's one person I'd love to talk to, it would be him, especially since he was actually around for Assassin's Creed's best years.. Anyone who's seen even a single one of his Borgia Tower clears has probably wished the same, at least once. I wouldn't say "nobody" talks about him, though. Among that core group of 10 to 30 players who were passionate about AC back then, he never really leaves our mind.

I remember he private messaged me waaaaaay back in the beginning (when private messaging was still a thing on RUclips and still a legitimate way to getting your name out), I didn’t know I was being messaged by an actual master assassin lol. It’s like he actually experienced the bleeding effect from playing the game haha. But yeah he is the gold standard, and not just for ac..
